Description from the manager
Make your reservation now to stay near one of Frommer's top destinations in 2010 - and one of Yahoo's best beaches in the world - the beaches of the Florida Panhandle at Santa Rosa Beach : "Stunning beaches, nature trails ... great restaurants, and a cozy, yet quirky, sense of community." -- Lesley Abravanel, author Frommer's Florida. "Sweet Magnolia" is like no other house in Old Florida Village! Unlike many homes in this area, this home was never built for rental - so numerous luxury upgrades were included - one of many reasons this home has a high demand for rentals every year - many return again after their first visit ! Milner, GeorgiaMost enjoyable place to stay
Left on 06/12/2009 for a stay in June 2009
This house was the best possible vacation spots. We felt like we were safe in the small village life. Very quite community and very friendly neighbors. I believe this ia the best place we have stayed in Florida.

Covington, KYLovely accomodations in a great location
Left on 06/11/2009 for a stay in May 2009
Having vacationed in Florida's panhandle several times, we've stayed in a variety of condos and settings. The whole family loved this condo and it's location in the 30-A area. It was quiet and had easy access to the beach. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of six to relax and get away from each other after long hot days at the beach. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were (when does that ever happen?).
Bring bicycles, because the entire 30-A area has paved biking & walking trails, which we didn't know about, but will take advantage of next time around.
There was plenty of kitchenware, plus a grill to cook dinner at the condo and save money and headaches trying to eat out at the end of a long day with four kids.
It's just close enough to Destin to do the whole tourist thing, but far enough away to feel like you're some place "less traveled." -

Fort Pierce, FloridaWonderful home - so close to the beach!ation
Left on 01/08/2009 for a stay in December 2008
Our family visited Santa Rosa Beach for the first time during the New
Year holiday. Sweet Magnolia was a wonderful home for us - very nicely
decorated and so close to the beach. We really enjoyed walking across
the street to the beach entrance each morning with our golden, Copper.
The kitchen was well-appointed and we enjoyed cooking a wonderful
dinner on one evening. The sofa and beds were very comfortable and we
really relaxed when we were in the house. The only recommendation I
would make is some additional towels in the bathrooms and kitchen would
be nice.
I highly recommend Mark Bremer to anyone
wishing to rent in Santa Rosa Beach. He stopped by the first day to see
if we needed anything and made some great suggestions for bike rentals
and restaurants. Our rental experience was a real pleasure! -

Atlanta, GAFull House no problem
Left on 10/01/2008 for a stay in August 2007
With an overloaded Expedition we arrived at Santa Rosa Beach tired and hungry, and were all instantly revived when we saw "Sweet Magnolia". A beautiful house with room to spare for two adults with 5 (FIVE) kids. A great kitchen for home cooked meals.
Back porch was a great stop on the way back from the beach to get off sand and leave "beach toys".
We utilized the front porch every night for a night cap, and actually fell asleep there by accident several times.
One restaurant within short walking distance was OK, more a short drive.
We will be back in 2009. -

We truly enjoyed our stay at this vacation home, it was just the right size for our family plus two extra teen friends. The decor and furnishings were beautiful. The community pool was just around the corner and very convenient. You do have to walk a few blocks to the beach but this was no problem for our group. My children rank this vacation as there favorite and i hope we can do it again in the future.

Little Pink Beach house
TennesseeOK
Left on 10/01/2008 for a stay in September 2008
We did not stay in this house but we stayed in the little pink beach house. It was a nice house but needed major cleaning and painting. The carpet had bad stains, the fence on the deck overlooking the pool is an insurance claim waiting. If you lean hard you will go over. Pool cleaner did not work and the pool net was ripped to shreds. The golf cart rear end was all ripped up and rusty. Accident waiting to happen there. The website pictures were not what the house looked like inside. Grass not cut. Not as nice as our previous house although this did have a nice pool and hot tub which we used often. Nice people to work with.

Well, it has been over a year ago that we stayed there but as I recall the property was in excellent condition, very spacious and comfortable. We brought our dog which was great. He loved it too! The neighborhood is nice. A golf cart would be a nice extra. Overall, a great place to stay - very clean and new, nicely decorated. I would stay there again.
