Leawood, KSLovely bungalow close to wine country
Left on 01/28/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We stayed at the bungalow during the Winter Wineland event and were wholly impressed. The home was nicely decorated, neat and clean with all the amenities. The upgraded kitchen is perfect for making breakfasts and dinners. Ideal for 4 people. Location is convenient to downtown Santa Rosa and just minutes from the heart of Sonoma wine country. Claudia and Richard were great hosts. I will go back again next time I head to Sonoma.

Aptos, CaliforniaPristine Bungalow in great location
Left on 11/02/2012 for a stay in October 2012
Every room is stylishly and comfortably furnished including the fully stocked bath room. We needed a house to bake pies (10) and this well designed kitchen with all new custom appliances fit the bill. We walked to everything: Russian river brewery for Pliny, all other santa Rosa restaurants on 3rd & 4th, Dierks, great playground at end of Brown for our granddaughter. Great fan and fireplace for warm/cool climate control. Also includes well tended garden backyard with lemons, gardenias, and tomatoes. Just 15 mins drive to wedding venue in Sebastopol. Great base of operation for exploring Sonoma county's bounty.

Seattle, Washington, United StatesCute little house to call home base while wine tasting
Left on 09/11/2012 for a stay in September 2012
This is a cute little bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. It is a good location for venturing out to go wine tasting in the surrounding areas. It is close to downtown but not really easy walking distance. It is well situated for a quick drive though. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable. There is nice little backyard with a BBQ. I would stay here again.

Newton, MACharming, convenient, perfect!
Left on 08/28/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We spent an august weekend here with two of our daughters (19 and 26), and it was perfect for us. The bungalow is spacious, with lovely furnishings, and lots of natural light. The beds were very comfy - we all slept very well. Great kitchen with all new appliances including a chef-style gas range/oven and a separate sunny dining area. Living room is big with comfortable sofa and easy chair, and includes a gas fireplace that warmed us as the temperatures dropped in the evening. The bathroom has a beautiful claw foot tub with shower attachment.
The bungalow is on a quiet street with lots of other charming bungalows, and it's an easy walk on residential streets to downtown with all its shops and restaurants. It's also close to the Luther Burbank Home and Gardens.
Claudia and Rich were great hosts - you can tell they really love this home, and they pay attention to the details. The kitchen has everything you would need (we used it mainly for breakfast and late night wine & cheese - too may good dining choice in Santa Rosa and we were on vacation!), the bathroom had soaps and shampoos and lots of fluffy towels, and everything was immaculately clean on our arrival.
Highly recommended!
