Casa Amore is located on the Nicoya Peninsula is the heart of the Santa Teresa beach community. This is a Surfer's Dream property with waves to the right and left and when its 20' or bigger right out front. Enjoy walking the miles of pristine white sand beaches as you soak up sun and admire the natural costal surroundings. The Nicoya is famous for its natural beauty as well as its international community which brings high class art, music, and food from around the world.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath private estate is newly renovated for the season. The Bedrooms are all very large with sitting areas in each one. The master has a king bed, and... the second bedroom also has a King bed and the third bedroom has 2 queens. A large lanai that wraps around 3/4's of the house. Each bedroom has its own private entrance to the lanai that leads to the beach. White Granite counter tops and white marble bathrooms are just a few of the luxury quality upgrades that await this Spanish style hacienda. With a completely commercial high performance kitchen with a Subzero Fridge and a 6 burner stove it is setup for entertaining many. And a chill out lounge located on the patio, that can accommodate everyone. There is also WIFI available throughout the property, for your computer or smart phones.

Several different fruit trees are on the property inculding, Bananas,lemons, Papayas, avocados, guayaba, and sour sap. The howler monkeys visit the property almost everyday. Situated on a quiet bay between Playa Santa Teresa and Playa Carmen. You will enjoy many species of iguanas and birds and monkeys as you make your way to the tidal pools located right out front. And epic Surf is just a 5 min. walk down the beach. This property is very unique for its so close to everything and still very private and secure. The knowledgeable onsite caretaker will be on hand to make your stay enjoyable.

If you'd like to include yoga as part of your vacation, we have a yoga teacher that will come right to the property that can guide you through your practice that can be hired, whether you are a true beginner or a more seasoned yogi.

If your looking to stay in, there is a variety of private chefs in the area that can come to the estate and prepare meals for your entire party. Our caretaker can make the referrals.

We provide light housekeeping service during your stay, as well as a guard who is on duty at night.

  An absolutely wonderful place to stay in Costa Rica! The scenery is top notch and an excellent place to explore the beautiful ocean shore. Life abounds everywhere you look. Walking distance to the majority of eateries around(there's a wonderful Pizzeria not but a stones throw from the entrance) and if you feel like cooking you have a wonderful kitchen to whip up your favorite meals. Need internet access? No worries for the house is equipped with wi-fi. Rocking in one of the three hammocks on the back deck while letting the sounds of the Pacific massage your mind is the best therapy you could ask for. Mr. Hodges is a wonderful person to do business with and a complete professional. No need to hesitate setting up your rental, you're going to love it!

  If you are looking to stay in a very private home, surrounded by beautiful jungle inhabited by birds and monkeys, and only a 30 second walk down a private path to the best beach location in Santa Teresa, then this is where you want to stay. This rental is one of a kind for its location! The home is large with very high ceilings, and beautifully constructed in true open-air Costa Rican style. Beautiful outdoor covered patio. You can hear the ocean waves from any room in the house. The owners have created an Oasis! The best surf locations are only a 5-10 minute walk down the beach. And many of Santa Teresa's finest restaurants are a quick walk or bike ride away.
  I have been to Santa Teresa 3 times, and this property is by far the nicest place I stayed. When I go back, I am booking this house to stay in again!

  First and foremost our time there surpassed our expectations in more ways than i thought possible. The trip to get there after we landed in San Jose was an adventure in itself. The kids loved the ferry!! The house was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and obviously well taken care of and felt like staying at a 5 star tropical resort. Very clean as well. The furnishings and decor were gourgeous. The kitchen had plenty of room for everyone and was very nice. Our evenings were spent out on the huge back porch, usualy lying in one of the hamocks. The property outside the house was well manicured with more types of tress and plants than I could ever hope to have. Overall and excelent property. We all enjoyed how close the beach is to the house...about 200 meters out the back door. Each morning we woke up to the Howler monkeys in the trees. We spent a few evenings sitting on a hill top near by, overlooking the ocean and watching the sun set. Nothing short of breath taking. There was pleanty to do in the surrounding area; jungle tours, zip lines, markets, shops and reataurants. Costa Rican coffee is heavanly! If you are thinking about traveling to Costa Rica...this place it where you want to stay. We are planning on another trip there next year.
