In this house you will get pleasure from total privacy while enjoying a drink at the swimming pool of your own garden.
This house is located in a small street with five other houses.
200 meters walking to the beach and to the best surf point in Santa Teresa.
75 m2 house with two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other one with two single beds, one big bathroom, big living room with LCD TV Screen and DVD player. Air conditioning in the entire house.

This rental is situated perfectly between the two towns. The house sits back just far enough off the main road to avoid the dust and noise. Walk right out and surf Carmen or a 5 minute walk to Teresa. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent place to stay and cheap. Very nice clean modern villa with private pool and perfect for 2 couples or a family. Located in the center of Santa Teresa and right by the beach, which makes this villa a perfect destination. We were 2 couples and had a blast, cooked some amazing dinners in the large kitchen, and had good evenings playing music in the surround sound system and jumping in the pool. Enjoy :P
P.S : Weather was great even though forecast said the opposite. Green season is very enjoyable and cheaper.
