Villa Carissa A is a bright and cheerful apartment surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms it is available) and winter heating.

You will be approximately 600 meters (660 yards) from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi , where you will find restaurants, the shops and the stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense - Sorrento line.

Villa Carissa A is located on the ground floor of the building. You will reach it from the parkin...g area along a walkway that cuts through the garden.

For a succesful stay at Villa Carissa A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The Carissa apartments are part of a large villa built to be a vacation home. It is enclosed within a 3000-square-meter (about 32,292 square feet) fenced land and placed on the top of a hill in the surrounding area of Sorrento. Around the house you will see lands cultivated with olive tree groves and lemon trees. From the villa you will have a great view of the coast below and the sea.

The villa is subdivided into seven small apartments, each of which with a patio or private terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

The guests of all the apartments have to share the swimming-pool placed on a high portion of land which is actually a natural terrace in the place , a large garden, and the panoramic top terrace of the house.

Two shared laundry rooms are available to all guests, you will find one on the first floor and the other on the second floor of the building. In each laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

You will be about 600 meters away from the heart of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, a small town nestled on the hills above the gulfs of Naples and Salerno and known as a vacation spot due to its natural beauty, healthy air, good wine, and good food. The center can be reached on foot.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) to 2.3 meters (7.5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the Valley and of the sea. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until the end of September.

The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. From the garden you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful. They include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

  The apartment was very clean and bright and had everything needed for a great self-catering holiday. The management team were excellent and were available by phone at any time if needed. In april, the pool was not available but it was obvious that in the heat of summer it would be a lovely location to relax in. Having travelled around and seen the difficulty of parking in the towns, we were very grateful to have somewhere with plenty of parking on site.
  
  The location of the villa in S. Agata was ideal, being situated just inland out of the busy streets of Sorrento and ideally placed for travelling to either Sorrento and the Bay of Naples (Vesuvius, Pompei etc.) or in the other direction toward Positano and the amalfi coast.
  
  The road up to the apartment was a narrow single track road but fine for a small car such as our rented Fiat Panda. If you're thinking of renting a Range Rover, think again.
  
  All in all, a great place from which to explore this lovely area.

  Very clean modern apartment with spectacular views

  The roads leading to and from the apartment were difficult but it was certainly worth it when we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very tastefully furnished with everything that you possibly need. If you are not used to driving around sharp corners on narrow roads, I suggest you use a bus to get to the accomodation!
  
  From the apartment it was a short walk to the main road to catch buses and shop for food.
  
  We received excellent service leading up to the stay and would recommend this stay to everyone.
  
  A word of caution.......driving is not for the faint hearted!!!
