VILLA STRABONE is an elegant and welcoming three-story ancient house with a view of the sea and of the Bay of Naples. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Stabone you will enjoy a view over Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Villa Strabone is 250 square meters and has 6 bathrooms.It features a private swimming pool, wide private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

Ground floor:

At the ground floor you will find a depandance with private entrance and sea view. It's composed by a large living room. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are... warm and elegant, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a leather sofa, chairs and the TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace (equipped with table and chairs) with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric oven, refrigerator with freezer and the washbasin.

The sleeping area can be reached from the living room:

- One double room with a matrimonial bed. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a veranda (equipped with table and chairs) with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.

- One double room with one bunk bed. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.

- One bathroom with shower.

From the terrace in front of the villa, always at the ground floor, you will be able to access one double room with one double sofa bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. The room has the private entrance.

First floor:

You will be able to reach the first floor from the terrace in front of the villa, through a French door and climbing about five stairs.

- A large living room with warm and elegant antique furnishings equipped with table and armchairs and the lunch area equipped with table and chairs for six people. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace (equipped with table and chairs) with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.

- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and a six-burner gas cooker. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.

- The second living room is equipped with table and chairs and a half-bath with a washbasin and toilet. You will reach the relax area equipped with sofas, armchairs and satellite TV down about five stairs from the second living room.

- From the second living room, climbed about eight stairs, you will find yourself on a landing with the studio equipped with a desk and chairs.

Second floor:

You will be able to reach the second floor by climbing about eighteen stairs from the first floor where you will find the sleeping area:

- One double bed room with a matrimonial bed. The room has a small balcony with a view of the vegetation and of the sea. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower.

- One double room with a matrimonial bed. The room has a window with a view of the garden.

- One double room with one bunk bed.

- One bathroom with shower.

The all villa is equipped with air conditioning/heating units.

The garden is 1500 square meters large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view over Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.

You will find at villa Strabone a large outside room with brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven, ideal to organize outside dinner and parties.

The above ground swimming pool is 32 square meters (8 meters x 4 meters), is equipped with umbrellas, chairs and is open from 13 April to 12 October.

Villa Strabone has a perfect position, a true paradise on the hills of Sorrento. You will be about two km away from the heart of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, a small town nestled on the hills above the gulfs of Naples and Salerno and known as a vacation spot due to its natural beauty, healthy air, good wine, and good food and where you will find restaurants, the shops and the stop for SITA bus for Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. The nearest beach is at about six km away.
You will reach the villa following the direction of Deserto (which more properly should be called " Monte Sireniano " as always indicated by the ancient geographers such as Strabone because it housed the cult of the Sirens and probably even the temple, ancient and hybrid, of Etruscan and Greek culture) for about 2 km.
To stay at Villa Strabone you will need a car (preferable small size one). You will be able to park it in the private parking (up to 5 cars).

Villa Strabone is 250 square meters and sleeps 12 people. It features a private above ground swimming pool (but it seems completely underground as it is done well, so please look carefully the photos) and a splendid view of the sea.
Once entered through an electric gate and parked the car in the private parking you will find yourself on a large terrace from witch you will have access to the villa.

  My family and I stayed at this villa last year and had an amazing time. There were six of us staying (including two children under 3) and there was so much space within the villa and the private grounds, a fabulous time was had by all. Everything within the villa was clean and well maintained and if ever there was a problem, it was dealt with very promptly. Waking up to such breathtaking views was something I shall never forget! I agree about a small car being advisable...the road leading to the villa is extremely narrow. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to others.
