VILLA PETER is a living space of about 90 square meters. It sleeps four people. It has two bathrooms, a swimming pool shared with Villa Dani, private parking, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The main features are the pool with a solarium immersed in a garden rich with plants as well as the centrality of the villa while also be far from the town chaos.

P.S. Villa Peter is accessible by way of the private road of Villa Dani; the two villas can be rented together and have the common pool and garden that completely surround them. Together the two villa can host till 10 people.

You can access the property by way of a private road... (where you can park your car). Once through the gate, you will find yourself in front of the property: immersed in the garden (shared with Villa Dani) with palms, a lawn and ornamental plants is the 25 square metered pool; continuing on a few meters you will find the villa where you can enter by the two window doors that, from another garden for private use, bring you directly to the living room. The private garden of about 60 square meters (part lawn part pavement and furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas) is the area where you can spend some of the most pleasurable and relaxing moments. From the living room (furnished with armchairs, that face the lush green) you can access the kitchen and the dining room furnished with couches. In the back of this area are the bedrooms: first a bathroom with shower, then on the left a bedroom with a double bed and also with a crib for small children and on the end on the right in a bedroom with a queen bed with a private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

The property is located a few steps from the main square of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi. It is the right place to spend a vacation in a peaceful location without compromising centrality (shops, bars, restaurants are all just a few minutes away on foot) and it is also a great departure point for discovering the incomparable beauty of Sorrento, Capri, Massa Lubrense and Positano. At a few hundred meters away is the monastery of Desert where you can enjoy the fantastic view of Capri, S. Costanzo, the gulfs of Naples and Salerno, and 360 degrees of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi.
