With views of Capri and a private garden with a swimming pool this villa along the Amalfi Coast will surely be a dream come true for you and your friends and family. The area near this holiday accommodation can be described as quiet and peaceful and yet the charming town of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi [where there are shops, restaurants, and markets] is still within walking distance! And because this villa outside of Massa Lubrense is situated in an elevated position, you'll not only feel as though you are on top of the world, but you'll also be able to see the surrounding towns below and Capri in the distance.

The villa is comprised of th...ree levels and each has access to a patio or terrace. The bottom level opens to the garden where there is a landscaped lawn and a private swimming pool [40m2] surrounded by sun loungers. Views of Capri can be seen from the villa's terraces.

[200m2] Lower ground floor: There is a dining room with a table and chairs as well as access to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, and dishwasher. Ground floor: The entrance opens to this floor where here are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a sofa bed [suitable for one] and a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a 160 cm queen-sized bed, access to a terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. First floor: The living room is located on this floor and has a sofa bed [suitable for one] and satellite TV. There is also one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi. A second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower.

The town Sant’Agata sui due Golfi is located just 350 meters from the property. Described as “one of the pearls” in the Gulfs of Napes and Salerno, Sant’Agata sui due Golfi is perched on a hill offering views of the coast, sea, and two bays nearby. Today it is best known for its church of the same name, the monastery of Deserto, and its archeological ruins dating back to Etruscan times. Of course, there are also markets, shops, restaurants, including the historical Don Alfonso, and an endless amount of walking paths away from the main roads. Sorrento is a short drive away where you’ll find a museum, music festivals from mid-September to mid-October, and various art galleries throughout the year. Shoppers, be sure to stop by Via S. Cesaero in the center of Sorrento to browse craft stores, sweet shops, and clothing boutiques. Keep in mind that every Tuesday is the weekly street market. There are also cinemas, wine bars, and even a bowling alley to amuse you during your visit. For day trips, make sure to see the chic coast town of Positano, the ruins of Pompei, and the culturally significant city of Naples.
