Magnificent independent villa is recently built and is surrounded by a 8000 sq. metre garden located in the hills of Sant'Agata, in a very panoramic area over the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno.

Having a very ample private swimming pool (8 x 17 metres) surrounded by garden, where you can admire intact the natural layout of the terrain with unusually-shaped white rocks which sometimes form natural sculptures and being 8 km from the sea and the beach, it is ideal for people who love tranquillity while at the same time being close to the centre of Sorrento and other exclusive resorts such as the Island of Capri, Posi...tano, Amalfi accessible by sea or by car in about half an hour (one hour to Amalfi). Sorrento centre, the harbour with fast hydrofoils for excursions and railway station at 10 km. Parking spaces.

- Studio 1: (on the ground floor) living room with sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower.   My Family and I just recently stayed in this Villa and it was beautiful. The people at Sorrento Holidays were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The woman who we worked with was Berta and she was fantastic. They also arranged for a ride to and from the airport for us and this worked out perfectly. The driver was very nice. There was another woman named Tiziana (caretaker of the property) and she was awesome. The owner wasn't the greatest and he ended up charging us extra for babies we had with us and he also wanted to charge us extra for other things. He is not a very good business man but he is lucky to have smart women who work for him. Overall we had an excellent time!
