VILLA IL MIRTO is two-story villa with immense open spaces and a huge private swimming pool with the view of the sea. It has 270 square meters. You can enjoy the view of the sea and the Islands from every angle of the villa. It sleeps 20 people and has 7 bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms have independent entrance. The villa is perfect for wedding ceremonies.
P.S. The villa can be partially rented for 8 people (Villa Il Mirto 2). In this case, the rest of the house will be closed.
For bigger groups villa Il Mirto can be rented together with villa Tizi (10 people) located at 10 meters away for a total of 30 people.
After have pa...rked in the private parking, from the panoramic street climbed a few small stairs you will have access to one of the terraces (equipped with table and chairs) of the villa through a gate. From here, you will find yourself in front of the villa.
Villa Il Mirto consists of a main core and three studio:
STUDIO 1
This studio is the nearest to the gate and is located at the ground floor of the villa. It has the private entrance. You will reach the studio from the main terrace. After climbing two small stairs, you will find the private terrace of the studio equipped with table and chairs. From here, you have access to the living room with the lunch area, equipped with table and chairs for four people, kitchenette with oven, one matrimonial bed and two single beds and one bathroom with shower. The living room is equipped with armchairs and a sofa. The studio is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and the safe.
STUDIO 2
Is located acanthus the STUDIO 1. It has the private entrance. You will reach the studio from the main terrace. After climbing two small stairs, you will find the private terrace of the studio equipped with table and chairs. From here, you have access to the living room with one matrimonial bed and two single beds and one bathroom with shower. The living room is equipped with armchairs and a sofa. The studio is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit and the safe.
STUDIO 3
Is located acanthus the STUDIO 2. It has the private entrance. You will reach the studio from the main terrace. After climbing two small stairs, you will find the private terrace of the studio equipped with table and chairs. THE MAIN STRUCTURE
From the main terrace, climbed approx seven stairs, you will reach the entrance:
FIRST FLOOR
From the entrance to the left you will find a large living room equipped with armchairs and sofas, satellite TV SKY, DVD, fireplace and Internet WI-FI. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. From the living room, you will be able to enter one of the other terraces (equipped with table and chairs) with the view of the sea through a French door.
From the living room, climbed three stairs you will reach the bar area equipped with refrigerator and a small wine cellar. From here, you will be able to enter one of the other terraces (equipped with table and chairs) with the view of the sea through a French door.
From the bar area, to the right, you will reach the lunch room equipped with table and chairs for 20 people. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The kitchen is equipped with table and chairs, pizza oven, electric oven, a five-burner gas cooker, one America coffee machine and one Italian coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and washing machine. From the kitchen, you will be able to enter one of the other terraces (equipped with table and chairs) with the view of the sea through a French door. This terrace is ideal for open dinners and lunch.
On the first floor, you will also find one bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR
From the first floor, climbed about six stairs you will reach the sleeping area with one double bedroom with one matrimonial bed (Queen size) with en-suite bathroom. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the private terrace (equipped with table and chairs) with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Climbed three stairs to the right, you will find the second bedroom with one matrimonial bed (Queen size), one single bed and another single bed divided by a door. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the private terrace (equipped with table and chairs) with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
