VILLA MITRA is a 140 square meters, two-storey villa that can host nine people (7 + 1 on sofa bed), it has two bathrooms, air-conditioning on the first floor and computer with internet connection. It also features the most beautiful garden rich of ornamental plants and a patio where to cook and taste what you've just prepared - strictly all of that with splendid views to Monte San Costanzo, Capri and the sea, surrounded by vivid colours of rural flowers, olive and lemon trees all around.

You will find the villa only a few m after turning to a side street from the main road.

After passing the drive way and parking your car you wil...l be on the first floor of the property, in a serviced big garden of lemon trees, pergolas and lots and lots of green.

The entrance is on the first floor where you will find the bedrooms; the bathroom is straight on your left (with hydro-massage tub), then two double bedrooms follow which share a terrace of sea-view, then another room with two single beds - here it is possible to add an extra bed.

Stairs lead to the main floor; you will arrive to the welcoming living/dining room; couches, television, table, chairs, computer - even a piano and a fire place await you here.. The couch can also be used as a bed. The kitchen on the side is absolutely equipped... The shower room and the laundry are at the back of the living room, under the stairs. You can get to the garden and patio area either from the kitchen or from the living room (through glass doors) where you will find everything you might need for cooking in the open-air: small oven, barbecue, sink, wood oven - all made of the typical lava stone materials of the place by local artisans. The oven, table, chairs, table tennis are all under a roof covered by wood, tiles or chestnut pergola, the last one wonderfully enriched of wisteria.

Trustworthy personnel looks after the garden full of olive trees and ornamental plants and picks up the garbage (from 6 to 8 am every Tuesday and Thursday).

The villa has been renovated in 2008, has got air-conditioning on the first floor, heating everywhere and, in addition, computer with internet connection free of charge.
