Welcome to Sorrento Peninsula! Villa Anna is a really interesting property well located on the Sorrento Peninsula, it lays only 800 m from the centre of S. Agata sui due Golfi, 10 km from Sorrento, 12 km to Positano and 7 km from Nerano, a village famous for its beach and its amazing restaurants on the sea!

This magnificent independent villa of 300 square metres built on 2 levels is set in a very panoramic area with an amazing view over the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius volcano surrounded by a 2000 sq. m. garden with plants, flowers and olive trees.

The access on the upper part is on a large parking (for 4 cars). By a 20 steps stair...case you'll enter in the flat garden with a great lawn and on a side the large above ground pool (5 m. x 8 m. from 2013 covered by an elegant covering). On the same terrace a well equipped kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven take place. The area is also equipped with a long table with chairs for al fresco dinner. During the summer the lawn is equipped with sundecks and chairs.

This garden and the main terrace are without doubt the most enchanting parts of the villa, with stunning views on the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive Bay of Naples. A cooking service or a local pizza maker can be provided for the guests of this lovely villa. With a short notice a local pizza maker or a local chef will first show you how to make a real Neapolitan pizza or a Neapolitan dish, and then of course will cook for you, to enjoy one of the greatest cooking of the world!

Villa Anna is ideal for groups or a big family, or also for a family that like to get more space and who love tranquillity while at the same time being close to the centre of Sorrento and other exclusive resorts such as the Island of Capri, Positano, Amalfi accessible by sea or by car in about half an hour (one hour to Amalfi). Sorrento centre, the harbour with fast hydrofoils for excursions and railway station at 10 km. Bus stop 600 metres. Groceries at 800 m.

The total area of the villa is 300 sq. m. spread out over three levels, and it is composed by 2 units.

The main Villa

- ground floor: entrance, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, laundry room, dining room, TV room (with a large flat screen sat TV)

- first floor: a wide master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) with a view on the Gulf of Naples and the Sorrento Harbour, 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower. One of twin bedroom can be combined as a double. The other has bunk beds and access on panoramic terrace.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The first floor has access to a large terrace with a stunning view on the coast.

The Annex (lower)

- garden floor: a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with access on the garden and en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with a bathroom. Both the bathrooms have shower.

The villa can host up to 10 guests a further annex can be opened only on request.

The villa have air conditioning in 5 rooms, electric heating, TV in the living room and in 2 bedrooms, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, internet WI-FI connection and private parking.

Annex (upper): with an independent access from the parking area there is a small studio with a double sofa bed, en suite bathroom, air-conditioning.Read more
