Nice and cozy Apt, Best location, fully equipped,, the flat has everything you need for a pleasant stay, one full ensuite bedroom with queen size bed, wide closet and storage, kitchen with full refrigerator , electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
The new building has concierge 24 hours, laundry with coins, and a well equipped gym.
Semi-tempered pool in roof terraze, also huge lounge common areas with an amazing view of Santa LucÃa hill and Andean Mountains.....after a rainy day...anyone turns into a poet looking the snow on top of the mountains. You can seat in the terraze, write...think...rest...

Terrific location for our 6 day stay in Santiago. Clean, neat accommodation with all the requirements to meet your needs. Supermarket almost adjacent , plus cafes & restaurants close by and even more in a 15min walk. A number of metro lines nearby if you want to go further afield. We were met by Elena who is a charming, concerned landlord who has plenty of hints and advice - both verbal and written. She speaks English fluently. A fabulous introduction to Chile.

This apartment was fantastic for the month long stay. It was fully furnished and the kitchen had everything you needed. It was clean, quiet and wonderful! The facilities on the property were good. Laundry was easily accessed and the pool was a nice feature. The location is walking distance to many nice restaurants, the metro and shopping. It's very easy to get to and from this location by foot, metro, taxi or bus. Elena was extremely accomodating, making my stay in Santiago very comfortable. She was very helpful with the area and places to visit and was very well versed in Chilean history and its sites. She was responsive and easily reached by telephone or email.

The location of this apartment was very central, in the barrio of Lastarria, In walking distance of Belles artes ( a very trendy street with good foods), St. Lucia (practically right outside the door) and San Cristobal mountain. Love the fact that the apt is located right next to a large supermarket. All amenities were included. The owner Elena was very informative and helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The place is very clean.

Elena was really helpful not only in the letting process but by organising a taxi from the airport and providing information about Santiago. The location is superb in a vibrant district with a metro line just around the corner and many of the city's attractions within walking distance. The apartment block is new, has 24 hour security, a pool and a laundry. The apartment itself is compact but ideal for a couple. Access for people with disabilities would not pose difficulty.

I stayed here close to a month and found it perfect for me. The building is safe, with a pool, gyms, laundry and a supermarket downstairs. The location is close to 3 Metro stops (2 different lines) which makes it easy to get to other parts of the city. You are also in the center of things you would want to see as a tourist. The owner is very helpful.

An extremely helpful owner and conveniently located within walking distance of many of Santiago's major attractions. The supermercado almost next door made self catering so convenient.It is ideal for a couple even senior citizens like us in our seventies!

Great accommodation in a very central and funky location with a pool on the roof and a gym on the ground floor. I lived here for 3 months and I would definitely return! Elena even provided a spare bed/chair for when a mate was visiting.

We stayed here for 1 month and loved it. The apartment has everything you need if you are a couple travelling. Close to the metro station, parks, supermarket and everything you need. Beautiful outdoor terrace with a great view of the city and Cordillera! Would definitely recommend this place for couples or a small family.

I really enjoyed my time here. The apartment is in a new high-rise building located at the edge of the trendy Bellas artes/Lastarria district, 1 block from the Bellas artes subway stop, and conveniently has a large supermarket which services the neighborhood on the ground floor. . The japanese-style apartment, which seems to be all the rage in Santiago, is well-designed, compact yet quite comfortable, modernly furnished with all ones basic amenities. The only downside is that of course you are living in an apartment building with many other people; thus there is the occasional loud talker in the hallway, loud music or party. All in all, a better option than the ubiquitous apart-hotels if you are planing on staying in Santiago more than a few days.

The apt is not very big but good for two people, very nice location, walking distance to santa lucia, two metro station, plaza de armas et al. The landlord is a very nice lady, very helpful. It's a very good stay.
