The apartment is very comfortable and in very good condition. Everything was clean and in good working order upon our arrival. A couple of minor points that were not a big deal to us but you should be aware of - (1) the people at the front desk are very nice but some of them speak essentially no English, and (2) the twin beds in the second bedroom are a trundle bed system that leaves little room to maneuver around when both beds are open (but they were otherwise very comfortable). The owners are very responsive and helpful. You cannot beat the location, across the street from a metro stop on the most important line for tourists (the red line) and also across the street from a supermarket, department store, cafes and restaurants. It's a great place to stay in a great neighborhood.

We stayed as a family of 5 people in this apartment for 4 nights in November. The apartment was very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay including ensuite and a second bathroom. The apartment is a bit tight for 5 people, it means that one person sleeps in the lounge room, on a covertible lounge and the second bedroom accomodates 2 people with trundel beds - again this is a bit tight but doable for a few nights. The location was very good with access to supermarkets, easy train ride into the centre of the city and local resturants and compared to what we paid for hotel accomodation this was excellent value. We did have some slight confusion on arrival as we have very little spanish and the man on the security desk, who didn't speak English seemed unaware that we were staying - it took a phone call to the owners to sort this out - not a great start but didn't take long to sort out, but something to ensure is all in order if you are arriving late in ithe night. The only real negative was the street noise, which although we were on the 13th floor still kept me awake as I am a light sleeper. I would recommend this apartment however.

I write this review under duress, as I fear that in extolling the merits of Eddie and Danilo's apartment in Providencia I may never again find it available for us to enjoy. That said, the owners are definitely worthy of yet another 5 star review; so, la voilà : We, a couple, stayed for a month in October, and the apartment, which is exactly as represented in the photos, was perfect for our needs. The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen was roomy and accessible in its compactness, unlike older apartments we have rented in Santiago where the kitchen is a separate room the size of a closet. The apartment is fully equipped, with electric oven and four-burner cooktop, two full baths and a small washer and dryer. There is plenty of closet space, and the fully-equipped kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, with all necessary appliances and utensils. The apartment's decor, attention to detail, and cleanliness were all top-notch, and everything worked perfectly, including the Wifi. Other reviews have mentioned the location, which is ideal, with many good restaurants within a short walk; so many, in fact, that we will never have the time or money to sample them all, try as we may. The building itself is secure and well-staffed by concierges, and the three elevators are fast and smart. Eddie and Danilo were readily accessible via email or mobile as was their manager, Raphael. They have all been a pleasure to work with, and we will definitely stay there again, provided that those reading this review don't lock up all our dates!

Stayed there for 10 days in July 2012. It is a really nice and cozy little apartment, in perfect conditions, located in the heart of Santiago, Providencia. You will find everything you need - restaurants, supermarkets, malls, subway, drugstores, hundreds of stores - a few steps from the condo. The condo is also very nice and organized; the staff is kind and efficient and the building has a very good infrastructure.
Danilo and Eddie, the owners, are just fantastic people. Efficient, prompt, kind and 100% honest (had a family problem, had o cancel a previous booking and got an immedite and efficient refund).

The owners were great to deal with, and responded promptly to my queries before and during my three-week stay. I liked the proximity to the subway station as well as to good restaurants. It is a very urban (downtown-type) setting. The pool on the roof was small but the views were glorious.

We stayed at the apartment for 5 days, had a minor problem with the safe on the first day, within hours Danilo had organised someone to sort it out (thank you), the apartment was as described, luxury, very clean and tastefully decorated. An ideal spot to return to after days of exploration and very close to good restaurants for the evenings, the neighbourhood felt very safe. We were moving on to Valpo or Vina and were very sad not to be able to rent a condo from Eddie and Danilo for the rest of our stay in Chile. Cannot praise them for their apartment and excellent service enough.

the apartment was clean and modern with 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms. Well set up kitchen. Very quiet despite the central location near restaurants and transport, and a nice neighbourhood.
I enjoyed checking in without someone there showing me around, but all the instructions were in the apartment if we needed them and we were able to contact them if necessary. From the quick check in, to brand new building, the easy doorstep access to a great neighborhood, and the rooftop pool, this was a breeze for a quick stop in Santiago for us and our two teenaged daughters. The apartment itself is even nicer than the pictures can show. The kitchen is perfect, and the washer dryer combo was just what this family needed when we needed it. The girls were particularly fond of the pool, and access to the subway and all shopping and restaurants make this a real winner. Eddie was easy to deal with and always prompt with responses - no worries.
