Gostei muito dos dias que estive em Santiago do Chile. Bela cidade, pessoas encantadoras, comida maravilhosa. O apartamento em uma localização muito legal, proximo a estação de metro. O proprietario, Sr. Abel, foi muito educado, juntamente com o Sr.Hector e Sr. Rodrigo. O apartamento estava limpo, sem luxo, mas é acolhedor e com uma vista maravilhosa. Gostei e recomendo.

This condo is located in a transitional area with a lot of new building replacing the old Colonial structures. It has a million dollar view of the city and mountians. It is possible to walk to all historical tourist areas. The two men who checked us in were helpful and solved a couple issues in a timely manner. The accommodations met our needs as we spent time touring the city. It would be helpful to know Spanish to communicate at the main desk but the desk people were very friendly and they tried to be helpful. The laundry room was outstanding. I would stay there again. The price value of the condo is very good.

Summary:
Clean apartment, but I would not recommend for business travelers. No Wifi, cold, and a long taxi each morning to the business area of Santiago.
Positives:
- Clean furnishings
- Located in a new building
- Close to the airport
Negatives:
- Very small rooms
- No Wifi. Owner provides prepaid USB access. Very slow - think 1998 internet speeds. So slow it was not really worth the effort to catch up on office emails at night.
- Very cold. The heater in the living room is under powered and does not provide heat for the bedrooms.
- The people who checked us in were friendly, but did not seem to know what they were doing. Check in took almost an hour and a half.
- The apartment is a long drive from the business area of Santiago. -

The place was great. It was just like the description on the website. I was met in the hotel lobby and brought up to the room. If I had any questions they were answered quickly. The staff in the building were friendly and welcoming. I had a great time in Santiago and the room was very clean and neat. I actually stayed here the week after the big earthquake and there was aftershocks but I felt safe in this buiding. It is a new building and built well.

The apartment was great. It served our needs perfectly, is in a nice tranquilo community, and the doormen were very helpful and nice. Check-in and out was very convenient. It´s close to the metro, grocery, lots of internet cafes, and some night life. This is definitely more of a local barrio with fewer tourists, which helps you to feel more like a local. There is only one heater in the living room that provided some heat, but with the cold temperatures that Santiago has had this winter, definitely bring layers. The shower in the master bedroom is great and provides a lot of hot water. The dishes and kitchen are sufficient for 4 people. Overall, the stay was very nice and we enjoyed our time in the apartment.
Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities -

This flat suited us very well - 2 adults and 2 children. And the description is very accurate and owner and manager both very helpful and quick to respond. Concierge was helpful too. It has a great view from the 23rd floor - our children are 10 and 12 years but I would be concerned with much younger children opening the windows ... the flat is very reasonably priced and it was great to have things like soap etc provided for your stay
