Pros - Location is amazing: subway is downstairs, there are two grocery stores just across the street (Lider and Santa Isabel), Paris and Falabella stores are very close as well. The studio is spacious and comfortable, kitchen apparel new and the view was great - we could see the andes from our balcony. Last but not least, it is worth mentioning the great support Roxana gave us - always responsive, so kind and so patient. Thank you so much Roxana! We would definitely stay at City Inn again.
Cons - The studio should be cleaned at least every other day. Since Santiago is a city with pollution problems, the apartment was dirty after two days. Location is great, but av. 11 de Septiembre is very, very noisy - so, isolation should be improved - sometimes we woke up in the middle of the night with the noises from the street. The front door is not appropriately isolated either - cold air was getting into the studio all the time. If these problems are solved, City Inn will be a peace of heaven in Santiago de Chile. -

The place was in the perfect location close to all good areas. The layout of the unit was perfect with an amazing view. The amenities in the building - gym, laundry and rooftop pool were exactly what I was hoping they would be. Roxana was an amazing host, always there to answer any questions. I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Santiago.
