Response from the owner Aquí, claramente, houve uma falta de comunicacao do cliente pela falta de experiencia em viajar pelo fato de nao comunicar a hora especifica do check in o qual, em todas as partes do mundo e a partir das 13 horas. O cliente nao especificou que sua chegada seria de madrugada. Na noite antes de chegar o cliente comunicou que nao iria chegar e que seus amigos chegariam. Entao, nesse momento, percebemos que o cliente havia feito a reserva com a data errada. Foi ai onde eu, Kamal Said e minha mae Teresa Andrade fizemos o impossivel para conseguir que eles nao ficassem na rua, procurando taxi e apartamentos 3 horas antes de sua chegada, inclusive com a possibilidade de recebe'los em nossa casa particular para que eles nao ficassem com o risco de passar uma noite na rua. Nosso negocio se caracteriza por ser familiar e com atendimento personalizado. O negocio vai bem e sempre ira bem, pois atuamos com boa fe e honestidade. Por isso enviamos, via e-mail, o comprovante de aluguel do apartamento para o cliente. Nao lucramos nada com esse aluguel, so ajudamos o cliente e ainda recebemos um comentario ingrato de um cliente que ainda nao percebe o que poderia ter acontecido com seus amigos na rua.
