Picture yourself enjoying a lovely glass of Chilean wine on the balcony overlooking beautiful Cerro San Cristobal/Parque Metropolitan in the distance listening to the sweet sounds of radio Oasis. The view is splendid. The bottle of wine is complimentary. Welcome to El Campanario.

El Campanario is a beautiful, comfortable and well equipped 11th floor corner apartment located on tree-lined Avenida Condell in central Providencia. The neighborhood is safe and upscale. It features air conditioning, en suite washer and dryer, a safe, WIFI, cable TV and a telephone (for local calls). There is a lovely outdoor pool and children's pool (seasonal) in a garden setting and a fitness room on the main floor.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with safety bars. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a queen size bed, two night tables and lamps, a flat screen TV and a closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a night table and lamp and closet. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.

The living room includes a sofa, chair, small tables, a dining room table (seats 6), a lamp, a side table, a TV and a sound system.

All rooms access a large furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the city, the Cordillera de Los Andes and Cerro San Cristobal/Parque Metropolitan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven and small appliances. En suite washing machine and clothes dryer are available.

It is ideally located in Providencia - a short walk to the Bustamente subway station and the Salvador subway station and close to downtown. It is within walking distance to a supermarket (Lider Express) and a lovely bakery (Panaderia Italia). There is a good selection of restaurants nearby. It is within walking distance to trendy Avenida Italia with restaurants, shops and pubs. It is a 20 minute drive from the airport. Easy access to fabulous Barrio Lastarria, Patio Bella Vista and Cerro San Cristobal with its amazing view of the city.
