MiamiSensational City Center apartment!

My husband and I with my two boys (27 and 22), and girlfriend arrived to the apartment in December, and stayed for a month. It is better than the pictures, very tall ceilings, bright, open, airy. We hired optional maid/chef full time to cook and prepare meals for the family, this was the best decision as it helped a lot and saved us money on dining out all the time, I can only say wonderful things about Dorka, she was amazing we highly recommend using Dorka for anybody who rents she is an excellent and discreat maid. There were a few small issues, I needed a microwave, the apartment didn't have one, so I called Mitch to handle this and although it took him a few days, he came through. The area is considered very upscale, wealthy neighborhood, the supermarket is amazing, its a brand new Super Nacional which is one of the larger local supermarket, We went there interdaily to get things, and its across the street. There is a drinking establishment nearby at the corner, sometimes on Fridays there was music that we could hear, but it wasn't anything annoying it help the caribbean ambience. We closed the windows for sleeping and we didn't hear anything. All in all, we would rent here again, we felt like home. Everything is within walking distance,excellent,upscale malls and brand new movie theathers.Go by the excellent spa Kur and the beauty salon Bucles around the corner.Also I recomend Maximo a taxi driver who drove us on sightseing trips recomended by Mitch, The building maintanance and security guys (Eduardo, the mngr) where like family very, very nice and ready to serve us, they go out of their way to make you feel right at home, they know were to get anything delivered right to the apartment, it was like a 5 star hotel without the price.
Thank you Mitch for your hospitality even though you were there to help us,we didn't need you much because the excellent people you had around us took care of everything! I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

Loved it. When you see the pictures online you wonder if they are accurate. The condominium was actually much better in person. Gorgeous balcony. Lots of space. Big bedrooms. Huge closets and bathrooms. It is in a cool neighborhood with a grocery, liquor store, bank and lots of partying right outside. Security was great. One went out of his way to find me across the street at the bank to say my cab was waiting. There is air conditioning. Wireless internet. Huge dinner table for big meals. Mitch had a great taxi service to pick you up from airport in Maximo. Mitch is a cool laid back guy who made it easy to check you in and out and give you needed information. I love this place. Strongly recommend to anyone hoping for a good short or long stay in Santo Domingo. I will be back.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. It was very comfortable, modern and had every necessity. Really enjoyed the city views and the spaciousness of the apartment. The location was very central; minutes from anywhere in the city and has a conveniently close supermarket. I was particularly impressed by the security of the apartment complex which is very important to me when travelling.

New building. Helpful onsite building staff and maid service. Off-the-street secure parking. 2700 square feet to move about & spread out without having to have your friends in your face all of the time. Great, safe location with a major, large grocery store just one block away. Mitch was easy to deal with, responsive and accommodating. Top notch. I can't wait to rent again on my next visit.

My name is Chris and I was blessed to stay in this luxury condo,the ceilings was so high the view excellent over looking downtown santo Domingo,just breathtaking...from the moment I walked in I was literally lost for words...very very upscale!!!if any one plans on going to santo Domingo u cannot lose with this!!!the living room was spacey,the kitchen also very spacey...I have no complaints,I most certainly will stay there again...really worth it...the cleaning ladies where friendly,the rooms and walk in closets leading into bathrooms,very unique...I've vacationed a lot and rented a lot,this hands down has been the best I've seen!!!thanks Mitch!!!
