"M Cave house" perches high atop the cascading cliffs of Oia. Here the majestic caldera walls, glistening blue Aegean and infinite azure skies capture the imagination and awaken the soul. This charming villa is the perfect Oia hideaway, centrally located in the heart of Santorini’s most spectacular destination village.

ChicagoWe are glad we passed up the highly promoted tourist destination

We wanted to see Santorini from the local's point of view. We are so glad we decided to stay in Megalochori. Although we think we could have done better in negotiating a rate for September, the location and amenities were very nice.

LondonLovely but the price doesn't fit the package or service offered

Stayed at Stone House on Santorini. Beautiful villa, village, location and island. Overall a seriously wonderful holiday and would recommend it happily with one caveat... it's expensive for what you get. A few things to illustrate:
The welcome hamper is not a hamper - it's some fruit and a bottle of wine.
A sun lounger was broken (and the lounger cushions were a bit tatty.
They need to make it clear that the courtyard is overlooked by windows from the next door villa... they give the impression of being totally private. It isn't. I paid happily for the privacy so was disappointed with this.
Perhaps I'm being picky but for 375 euros a night I expected more.

New York, USABest vacation ever!!!!!

Ivi villa is a dreamhouse. Living there is like being in a fairy tail. All facilities have been excelent and service very proffessional.
The jacuzzi had the right temperature, warm, and it made me feel that I am in paradise.
I can not wait to return to Santorini and live inside Ivi.
The ratio quality to price is absolutely in favor of the customer.
I highly recommend it to everybody. Even in Spring Santorini is a fantastic place to be. -

London, UK1st anniversary trip

Everything was lovely, we got picked up from the airport and transfer to the villa.
The villa located in an old traditional village, it have everything that we need, it was quite and away from the tourist area, so relax.
Although the weather wasn't great, but the villa was perfect and made up for it! The room are clean and cosy. They even heated up the outdoor jazzuci for us, where we enjoyed it every nights!
The owner was really helpful, we can use the internet in his office, and felt we were well look after by him.
It was an unforgettable villa! -

Central New JerseyA splendid vacation!

Booking a vacation rental, sight unseen, is a bit nerve-wracking. I had combed the internet for recommendations and insights, and hadn't seen much about this particular company, but decided to go ahead.
It was one of the best travel decisions I've ever made.
Villa Ivi was enchanting. My daughter and her friend stayed in the smaller room across the courtyard, and my spouse and I stayed in the master bedroom. The furnishings were beautiful, the place was kept spotless.
There were a few small problems which were addressed as quickly as possible. The jacuzzi broke - but the owner gave us access to another villa so the girls would not be disappointed. Our luggage was lost en route to Santorini, again, the owner quickly rectified the situation (and this obviously was not even his fault!) Every time need or concern was addressed with a smile - it felt as if we were visiting with friends.
We loved the location in Megalachori. We were tucked away from the bustled of Oia and Fira, and yet near some incredible restaurants - including Raki.
My only negative comment about the villa was that it smelled a bit dank. Obviously, some of this had to do with the structure itself being underground. Dehumidifiers helped some. It was a negative factor - but a small one. I would certainly recommend this property without any hesitation (and I have!)
