The villa is in Imerovigli, on the caldera/cliff side. It has a spectacular view of the volcano and the Aegean sea, as well as the southern part of the island.

The house measures at 85sq.m including the extra outside bedroom, and the patio measures at approximately 85sq.m. It provides privacy and the patio is not used by anyone else other than the guests of the house.

There is a master bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a very interesting outside bedroom.

The two bedrooms come with double beds and the living room has 2 built-in sofa/beds, so the house can easily accommodate up to 6 persons.

It is very... convenient for families or 2 couples or even a group of friends.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with stoves and proper oven for your meals, cutlery, filter coffee maker and a water boiler(kettle), and sandwich toaster.

We also provide a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as air fans and heaters(for the colder months).

Near by there are restaurants, mini markets, a liquor store and parking for your rental car/scooter/ATV. All these are within 1-2 minutes walk from the house.

There is also satellite TV and dvd player available, Wi-Fi free of charge, Hi-Fi players in both the house and the outside bedroom, and finally we also provide you with a mobile phone so that you can get in touch with us at any time regarding anything you may need or want to ask.

Payment policy:

- We require 30% deposit on all bookings in order to hold the dates, unless they are made within a month from the date of arrival, in which case we require 50% deposit.

- The deposit should be made through wire transfer in our bank account and the rest of the amount will be payable upon arrival in cash or paypal.

- Paypal.com can also be used(in order to be able to accept credit cards) , but there will be an extra 2.5% charge for this service on the amount being transferred.

- At the time of booking, besides the deposit, we also need your credit card details for security reasons only. The card will NOT be charged unless there is a last minute cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation policy:

- There will be no charge for cancellations received up to 31 days before arrival.

- 30-15 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.

- 14-7 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount will be charged.

- 6-0 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

- Non-show or check-out before agreed date will result in the full amount to be charged.

Additional Location Information

The location is quiet even though there are restaurants near by. It is also located in a neighborhood with not many hotels, so it is quiet.
Very close you have a car park free of charge, a mini market, a bakery, all within 1-2 minutes walk.
To get to the capital of the island (Fira), you only need about 15-20 mins walk.
There is also a bus stop at 100 meters from the house and from there you can catch the bus to Fira or to Oia(Ia).
The house is on a cliff, so if small children are with you, they will have to be supervised by you when they are outside the house.

IF you want to have a 7th person in your group, there will be an additional 30 euro/night, and for this person, a roll-away bed will be utilized.
For the winter 2013/2014, the water charges are NOT included in the MONTHLY rate. These are: 25 euro to start with, and then whenever it is needed(you will know when) the cost is 45 euro/filling (of the water tank).

  This is an extraordinary property with a view to die for! It is very quiet but located near to restaurants, grocery stores, car rentals etc.
  
  Aris the owner was fantastic to deal with arranging transportation for us to and from the port and allowing us to stay way beyond checkout on our final day. He met us at the apartment on arrival. He also provided a portable phone so we could contact him if required.
  
  I would definitely recommend this property.

  Excellent Villa and Excellent Service

  Went to visit with 4 other people in September and was stoked with how good the view was how clean the place was.
  
  Before we left for Santorini we rang aris (the villa caretaker) and had airport-villa transport arranged for about 15 - 20 euros (Cant remember exactly how much) for all of us. Went straight to the villa nad greeted by aris.
  
  The place was clean, basics like bottles of water, bread, eggs and milk were already in the fridge. This was a big plus. The cleaners come daily to clean the rooms too!
  
  The villa itself is quite a distance from Thira, which is good as we could enjoy the view on the terrace and just chill.
  
  We also rented scooters arranged by aris to go around the island and it is definitely recommended. The roads and traffic are not bad at all and everything seemed to move at a much slower pace (which is good for a holiday).
  
  All in all, the villa, the service and the whole island were great.
  
  We cannot recommend it more...

  Awesome place and service!

  Everything was just great. We couldn't ask for more...the service, the place, the view! Just wonderful! Even though we did not get the good weather as it was cold and windy in March when we were there, we liked this villa so much just for the great service that we received and the awesome view and more. Aris was our contact person; unfortunately, we were not able to meet him due to medical issue. However, Aris connected us w/ his business partner, Zak and he was so friendly, helpful and great in making sure we got what we need. We got lost coming to the Villa and he waited for us for hours without any sign of frustration :) Our flight out of Santorini was way pass the check out time; yet, we were able to remain at the Villa until we have to go which was around 5 pm w/o any problem. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

  The view from this apartment won’t disappoint - as you can see, its amazing as you’re right on top of the island. The beds are set up perfectly for an extended family or 2 couples and the kitchen is equipped perfectly. This cave house style is so cool it even has a rock still inside to use as a side table - quite cleverly setup! Imerovigli is nice and quiet away from the cruise line tourist but walking distance to busy Thira. That said, it had everything we needed right there: 2 groceries, a bakery and a couple of really tasty restaurants - all with great views too. When it was really hot, we just paid a nearby hotel a fee to use their pool.
  
  More than anything however, was the service that aris provided. He picked us up from the airport, checked on us daily early on and provided us a cellphone for anything else we needed (booking cars, boats, etc.) We wanted to check out some different areas of the island on our extended stay (Oia and Kamari) and he was easily able to provide us with other apartments within our limited budget that were better than anything I could find online. He even made a special trip across the island to bring us over our son’s bag that we left in the fridge from one apartment to another. I spent hours researching Santorini hotels, apartments, villages and beaches and then truly found better information and accommodation through aris and his Private Villas company. In fact, once on the island I couldn’t even find most of the places that I was looking at via Tripadvisor and Expedia so they must not have had very good location. Can't beat local knowledge or this level of hospitality. I suggest you call him with any of your Santorini accomodation inquiries!
