The villa is located on a 6000 square meters property. On the same property we have 4 more guesthouses, each with a private pool.

The villa commands a separate entrance from the road, complete with off road parking.

There are many breathtaking aspects to this property. The architecture is stunning, the views out to the Aegean Sea magnificent, the outside area spacious and diverse, and the inside finish of the house to the highest standard!

The interior of the house is tastefully decorated and furnished with modern design pieces combined with old pieces. The main entrance leads you into a bright and spacious open plan living... and dining area, featuring comfortable sofas and equipped with state of the art flat screen TV and sound system, with a selection of cd’s and dvd's. It has a sea facing picture window, so that you can be bewitched by the ever changing sea whatever the weather! Should you need it, there is also an open fire!

The fully equipped kitchen leads off the dining area. From this there is a step down to the bedrooms.

Bedroom "A" features a queen size bed, and has access to a private terrace with beautiful views of the countryside and the village of Firostefani. Not only does it benefit from a walk in closet, the en-suite bathroom has a shower and rectangular bath tub.

Bedroom "B" features a queen size built bed and has beautiful sea views. It includes a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and round bath tub perfect for creating a romantic setting, complete with candles and soft lighting!

The exterior of the property, including the private pool and jacuzzi, is surrounded by a spacious sun deck with comfortable sun beds, a large garden, a large outdoor pergola offering shade with a dining table and comfortable sitting lounge, and a barbeque area. Another dinning area is at the other part of the veranda for more romantic dinners under the stars.

Next to the property the garden is full of herbs and seasonal vegetables and our guests are more than welcome to enjoy.

This newly constructed property offers something unique on Santorini, both in terms of style, architecture and location, commanding respect from the moment of arrival.

The property is situated in a peaceful countryside location, surrounded by vineyards and farms, offering a tranquil setting perfect for couples or groups of friends to relax and unwind, whilst experiencing the more traditional side to the island. What better way to spend a few hours, than chilling out in a place that feels like home, whilst overlooking the Aegean sea, and the islands of Anafi and Amorgos.

The residence is a stone's throw away from the beach of Vourvoulos, comprising a quiet seafront and small port used by local fisherman. There is also a beachside taverna offering fresh fish and local dishes.

Outside your door you will find fresh herbs, Santorinian tomato plants, and seasonal vegetables growing. All of these are available to you, to use as you prepare that special salad to go with the meat cooking on the BBQ.

The owners' will also be able to introduce you to other local delicacies, including wine and fava, for a truly magical stay!

The Anema Residence is a unique property located in the Santorini countryside, surrounded by vineyards and farms and offering a true feeling of tranquility and nature. Perched on a small hill, it's panoramic position offers stunning views of the inspiring blue of the Aegean sea, the surrounding farms and the islands of Amorgos and Anafi.
The black pebble beach of Vourvoulos is only 300 meters from the residence offering crystal clear water, a seaside tavern and a small fishermen's port.

  My husband and I stayed at this wonderful villa with our 2 teenagers. It just may be the best vacation property I have rented. Maria made every aspect of booking this vacation effortless. She provided info on the area and had plenty of recommendation for local taverns. The villa is perfect. It has it all, views that take your breath away, privacy and beauty. Everything is above par. First class all the way, we kept strange hours and no matter when we left or how long we were gone housekeeping worked magic and made the villa immaculate. There is not anything that could have been better. If you are going to Santorini this is the only place to stay. We had the best time and it was sad leaving. Simply put this villa and Maria are a dream!

  amazing stay at Tramountana villa

  We, 2 couples, spent an amazing week in Santorini and Villa Tramountana in September.
  I dont usually fill these things in but felt that this Villa deserved some praise - probably the best holiday we've ever been on.
  We were met at the airport by their driver Stelios who was very pleasant and informative. After 15 minutes drive we arrived at anema Residence. It is located in a quite area of the island and only 5 minutes drive from the town of Fira. The villa is on a large property which has another 4 guesthouses, and the owners house. The villa is beautifully decorated and Maria & Nikos we really friendly and helpful and made us feel like home. Maria would bring us a basket with their local produce. The wine and the olives were great! Amazing pool and jacuzzi, big rooms - we ended up spending most evenings chilling outside by the pool. The view of the sea is beautiful.
  It is the perfect place to relax enjoy the island.
  I would recommend this property to a large family or friends.
