Traditional unique villa, totally and recently restored, in the traditional village of Exo Gonia.
Large outdoor terrace 150m2, with sun terrace and wonderful sunrise view, very close to the famous beach of Kamari.
Consist of a two bedroom house with large living are, kitchen with electric oven and hob and bathroom with jacuzzi. The living room features TV and A/C. Bedrooms feature double beds and fans as due to the house location the sea breeze is adequate for cooling down the rooms.
House provides washing maching.
Attached there is a small studio with double bed, private bathroom and a kitchenette.
