Family Villa Senang, in Jalan Bumi Ayu, short walk to the beach, bars ,restaurants and shopping. Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms with ensuites, 2 queen beds and 2 singles. Fully air-con with separate dining, lounge, kitchen and outside gazebo area overlooking the swimming pool and garden. Book 1,2, or 3 bedrooms, airport transfers, maid cleaning services, and starter breakfast. and you have a totally private villa. Introductory rates, $80, $120 or $150/night, depending on how many people, all inclusive of tax.

Having stayed in smaller places on our previous 3 trips to Sanur we decided a villa would be nice for a change. We chose Villa Senang as it had excellent reviews and looked nice and homely. Booking was easy and was nice to get a email from Ginny a few days before our arrival. Clean, comfortable and private we had a fantastic stay here. Excellent information provided by Ginny and Dario in regards to places to eat and go which is very helpful for people who have not been to Sanur before. Some basic supplies as in bread,butter, jam,juice,coffee, sugar fruit etc is a great idea. Wayan came 5 days a week to clean and although she spoke very little english we managed to have some laughs with sign language. Another great touch is a mobile phone with a local sim available for use. Oh and Ginny came along with a bbq which will be an added bonus. Nice and private at the end of a residential street it was a nice 10 minute walk to the main road to shops and restaurants. No hesitation in recommending Villa Senang to anyone considering a stay. Thank you Ginny and Dario!

Airport pickup fantastic. Host Ginny has a wealth of knowledge of the area including where to go, what to see, great places to eat, how to haggle, how much to pay, tours to book. Accommodation comfortable and private. Absolutely loved having our own pool. Definitely would stay in private villa instead of motel room.

Stayed in February-March 2013 and loved this villa. The position is ideal, private yet close to all your needs.It really is home away from home..beautiful interior, gorgeous garden and pool, impeccably clean and nothing to much trouble for Ginny and Dario. Thank you for pool toys for my young guest that came to visit.Great surprise when we got back to the villa!! Music and dvd's supplied, cleaner, gardener and pool boy..What Ginny and Dario can't help you with..can't be had! Tours,bike hire,drivers and an extensive knowledge of Bali.They make a stunning villa just that bit more special.

I should have completed this review a long time ago as we stayed in May 2012, for some reason I could not locate on Tripadvisor to post the review, I am glad I am able to do so now. From the beginning staying at Villa Senang was fantastic, and I mean the beginning, the collection from the airport and fast track through customs alone makes staying here worthwhile. We have been to Bali on many occasions and this got our trip off to a great start. The Villa is spotlessly clean, spacious, located in a quiet residential area and close to the main shopping/eating precinct of Sanur and very close to Hardy's Supermarket. The walk through the lanes from the villa to the main road takes around 5-10 minutes and you get to see some interesting sights along the way, a taxi can be arranged if you are against walking or have a lot of things to carry. My husband and I stayed initially for a few nights and then our friends arrived for a few more days, so we have experience of the Villa in a couple of settings and it is perfect for both. The layout has the bedrooms on opposite sides of the Villa with the living/kitchen area central, perfect for more than one couple. The pool area is spotlessly clean with a great outdoor dining/ living area adjacent, which all opens up off the lounge area inside. The full sized fridge is great, having the kitchen there is handy as is the water cooler ( saves hauling bottles ) and the DVD player and Dvd's great if you want a night in. Ginny was extremely helpful and provided us with some great tips on places to eat. if you are looking for a Villa stay in Sanur and having the peace, comfort and seclusion that comes with having a villa all to yourself, this is the place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Lovely and clean, owners Ginny and Dario gave us lots of helpful information on where to eat and visit and their driver I Made was a very informative, and helpful person and great to have a cold drink waiting for us after our busy days out. Wayan made us a light brekky everyday and it was lovely to return to beds made and villa spotless every day. Would thoroughly recommend staying at this villa as only short distance to main road and beaches.

Such a wonderful place to base your holiday in Bali. From the time your meet at the airport,to the friendly staff that look after the villa. The place is so comfortable & clean and close to everything that Sanur has to offer. A big thank you to Ginny & Dario for all your knowledge & help in making our holiday so memorable. We recently stayed at the sister property to Villa Senang (Bumi ayu) had had the opportunity to inspect this villa during its final stages of refurbishment. It is a perfect blend of traditional Balinese culture with all the modern conveniences.
As always, Dario and Ginny have spared no time or expense in ensuring everything is perfect from the tasteful decor to the beautiful gardens and pool.
It is centrally located in the heart of Sanur with easy access to lovely restaurants, shopping and about 5-7 minutes walk to the beach.

Such a lovely place to stay! You open the gates to a well kept garden and then on to a beautiful pool area. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. Everything is kept super clean and it is a joy to stay there. Talk about feeling taken care of. Ginny and Dario ensure you have anything you need for your stay and connect you to whoever you need for touring about. What a wonderful way to explore Bali! They have excellent recommendations and are so kind. Would definitely recommend this place both for the beautiful space and for the wonderful people!

Airport fast track and waiting driver were great after a long trip. Ginny and Dario, the owners, became friends. They were there to help with every request and guided us to the best and cheapest Bali has to offer. The Villa was spotless, comfortable and very flexable for all lifestyles. Close walk to everything. Ginny and Dario have developed a network of beautiful people to make every part of your stay a pleasant experience.
