Bahagia Villas is a secure complex of 4 luxury 2 bedroom villa's with private swimming pools located in Central Sanur in close proximity to the beach and main shopping precinct. The villas are quiet with all modern amenities to make your time super comfortable. Our friendly staff are on hand to assist with all your needs or just leave you alone .... whatever you desire is at BAHAGIA. Come and see us soon!!!

Response from the owner Dear Paul We are so sorry about the construction work but we thought the noisy part had been completed then as explained the contractors had forgotten conduit and pipes and thus cutting the new contract was required. We really had no knowledge of this until it started. We went to the contractors to try and make them stop but there are no rules here to make them cease. We did call all our business associates with villa's to try and relocate you, but being August everyone was full. All this aside I understand your dissapointment and send our apologies once again. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rudi (the owner) a message.

If Rudi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
