The 6400 square foot house, is located on a quiet and safe street in the heart of the historical centre. Sao Luis was the only Brazilian city founded by the French in 1612. Situated on an island with kilometres of fine beaches.
The city is most known for its colonial charm and falls under, Unesco’s World Heritage program. it is the capital of the State Maranhao.
Sao Luis is the reggae centre of Brazil, but offers alot of different live music. With a nice carnival in February, Tambor de Mina after Easter, Forro and the famous Bumba Meu Boi festival in June, it is attractive year round for tropical holidays.

The house is located in the center of the historic district.
within walking distance to everything .. there is a great culturelt environment in the area around the house. Among others, Brazil's oldest market and oldest theater. but also music venues, cafes, restaurants and shops.
There is 10 minutes by bus or taxi to the beach, and 20 minutes by taxi to the airport.
