Villa Blanca is all about the fabulous ocean views and is only 30 steps to Taylor Bay Beach! The house is a brand new construction, strategically set elevated on the ridge just off the beach, offering fantastic ocean and water views from every room in the house.
It is decorated in a contemporary style, giving you a fresh and clean feel of a boutique hotel suite, within the privacy of your own v...illa.
From the moment you wake up you are entertained by the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and the turquoise hues of the pristine waters of Taylor Bay just off your doorstep.
Taylor Bay Beach is a beautiful white powdery sand half-moon shaped secluded beach. The water is warm, calm and shallow, making it very safe and enjoyable.
Villa Blanca is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway, honeymooners or good friends that want to have a tranquil holiday in a contemporary ocean front setting. Enjoy spectacular ocean views and tropical sunsets from the wrap around covered terrace and fresh water plunge pool.
Ceiling fans throughout the villa provide cooling air. Most days have gentle ocean breezes that provide nice ventilation throughout the house. For those warmer days, split air condition is available in the living room, as well as in every bedroom

Bed linens, bath towels and separate beach towels are provided. 4 lounge chairs provided on the beach.
Air-conditioning: the entire villa has A/C with separate wall units per room, as well as ceiling fans throughout and screened windows and doors.
In-house laundry facility: Washing machine & clothes dryer, both Fridgidaire Affinity front loaders + complimentary laundry detergents.
Private driveway and ample parking right next to villa.
Beds:
The Villa offers 2 bedrooms, each with a King bed, ceiling fan, and A/C. Fresh linens, bed covers and ample pillows are provided. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bath: one has a soaking tub and a separate shower, the other a shower only.
Kitchen:
Open concept full kitchen with unique ocean views. All stainless steel appliances: Professional GE range built-in electric cook top and oven, Kenmore Elite Microwave. Whirlpool Gold refrigerator with built-in icemaker & Fridgidaire dishwasher. All hand soap, cleaning, dishwashing & laundry products used are environmentally friendly and provided free of charge.
Catering and private chef arrangements can be made.

Covered wrap-around porch providing shade and offering unobstructed ocean views and amazing sunsets.
