Holiday weeks require a full weeks booking (unless booking 30 days prior to stay). Cleaning $125. 11.75% taxes included in the above rates.
Security Deposit $250 refundable. Deposit: 50% at booking & remaining 50% due four weeks prior to stay. Cleaning Fee of $125 waived for stays of 2 weekend nights OR 4 nights or greater.
