This Gulf Side unit has a lot of pizazz!! The unit has brand new tile in the kitchen and living area and an updated kitchen with granit counter tops. This unit has a dinette seating for 4, a King and 2 Twin size beds finished with white bedding and a splash of color with accent pillows. Enjoy TV in the living room and both bedrooms, a DVD player and CD player in the living room, a VCR in the master bedroom. Enjoy the beautiful weather sitting out on your balcony and listening to the calming sounds of the Gulf after a day in the sun.

Perfection...the place was immaculate, pictures didnt do it justice. The staff was always available and friendly, the only only negative was the king size bed wasnt very comfortable, soft, as I prefer more firm. will definitely return again.

The House of Sun is great place to stay. The condos are always clean and the property is well mantained. This year was our second year in a row to Siesta Keys and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I could really give to this place 5 stars, the only complaint i have is that i made my reservation online for six and I paid 10 daily for the two extra people, before doing that I called the place asking for the conditions of the 207 unit, I commented clearly about how many people we were and it was not said to me that the unit only accommodate 4, so we got there and the apartment didn't have a sofa bed, we were crowded. When I told that at the office the lady told me: Oh I'm so sorry, but not all of them have the sofa bed feature if you want i tell you where to rent a toddler bed.I knew that the building was full and I wanted a peaceful vacation, so we put my girl in our bed and my boy in the regular sofa to let the twins to my parents and did not make a big complaint.Everything else was perfect, the unit is very equipped, has a lot of storage space, you won't miss anything in the kitchen, washer and dryer are new and bathrooms are remodeled. The beach is beautiful and perfect for kids, pool is not big, but who needs a big pool with that beach in front of you.
For me the place is perfect for vacation but if you are planning to be more than 4 you have to call and ask very clear about the apartment you want to choose. And if you want a covered parking you have to ask too, not all the units have it. -

We have stayed at house of the sun numerous times and have enjoyed it. Condo 207 was well stocked and very comfortable, we were pleased. However we were very disappointed in the management of the lovebug situation. In our opinion not enough was done to clean the pool in particular. It was revolting. Friends were staying at Siesta Breakers and they had the bug situation under control.

Very nice, clean rental unit. Have stayed here before, and like the updated tile. Would like tile in bedrooms as the carpet is a bit dirty. Otherwise, the kitchen is well stocked with essential items and the furniture is very comfortable.

We found the home to modern with plenty of room for our family of four. The entire building is well maintained and quiet as well as family friendly regarding the pool and beach access.
