Description from the manager
This Gulf Side unit has a neutral color scheme of browns and tans in the living room, while the bedrooms are yellows and greens. There is a king bed and TV in the master bedroom and 2 twin size beds and a TV in the guest bedroom. There is dark green carpet throughout unit. The unit has a newly renovated master bath, with granite counter tops. Although the view of the beach is limited, you still look out at the tops of palm trees and the beautiful blue sky.

The service was excellent starting from the office to the janitor. The apartment was in perfect conditions, we really enjoyed the stay.
The only recomendation for the owners of the units is to think about the furniture they buy, they should buy furnitures with a material that is easy to clean and they don't get dirty so fast.
Thank you for let us have a very nine vacation.
Keep up the good work.

Great location and magnificent beach. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. Fully equiped kitchen was super convenient.
The only downside is that the beds were a little too hard for my taste. -

I have been coming to the House of the Sun with my family for several years. This year our stay was as nice as previous years with one expection. There were about 2-3 days when the pool was not up to its usual clean standards. The water was hazy and had a yellow/green tinge to it. I was happy with your decision to let guests take lawn chairs down to the beach, near the water. That was a real perk. We always returned the chairs at the end of the day and cleaned up our area. We also retutned chairs and cleaned up areas of other guests who did not have the courtesy to do so on their own. We should have said something to them, but chose not to start a confrontation. We will definitely return for another stay within the next two years.

The condo was great. Only downfall was there was absolutely no view of the ocean :0(. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dinnerwear. The updated bathrooms were great.
