This freshly painted Gulf View unit has berber carpet in the living room and both bedrooms. Neutral tile finishes off the foyer, as well as the newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. This unit offers a King and two Twin size beds, plus dinette seating for 4. In the livingroom enjoy the new LCD Flat Panel TV and BluRay/DVD player, while relaxing on the new sofa and love seat. Both bedrooms feature TV's and DVD Players, with the master having a new LCD Flat Panel. Be sure to take in a beautiful Siesta Key night by sitting on your private balcony and listening to the Gulf.

House of the Sun is a fantastic place to stay. The condo felt like a home away from home. This unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and nice kitchen and living area. The only thing we did not like is the beds they were very hard. The location is walking distance to shops and the ocean. Would go again.

wonderful, clean condo with modern kitchen and bath and sunset view off deck. Heated pool and beautiful Siesta Key Beach just a step away. Quiet neighbors.

Been to House of the Sun three times now and you can't beat the location and the view. Considering hos was built in 1975, it is in great condition and clean. Everything you need is within walking distance, food, bars, water/bike rentals, post office, drug store, you name it, it's here. The Green Turtle store has some of the best prices too. We've already planned our next trip and can't wait. We've sent at least 5 of our friends to hos and they enjoyed it as much as we have. It's also the only place on Cresent Beach that has two large open decks on the 4th and 5th floors to view the sunset, can't beat it. It's nice to have a cold one and watch the sun drop into the ocean and then go walk on the cold sand.

Nice relaxing vacation, comfortable condo, lovely beach, bathwater temperature swimming pool, restaurants and shopping nearby. The weather was beautiful while we were there. Enjoyed walks on the beach and shelling.

We had a nice time, beautiful beaches easy access to and from the room. There were a lot of things to do that was close to the condo and the fose ball table was fun.

Excellent highly recommend this lovely condo. It was so very comfortable, quiet and above average in all respects. The location was the best with many fine restaurants nearby and when I wanted to venture out into Sarasota, there were many fine attractions I enjoyed. People were very friendly and the staff made me feel very happy and secure. I can't wait to go back next year!
