Most of the unit has been remodeled-beautiful new bathrooms, fully equipped new kitchen, newly textured ceilings, and recently painted. The color scheme is cheerful yellows and blues which, along with the tropical wall hangings, will quickly get you in a vacation mood. Very nice complex. We love the tennis court right on the beach. Comfortable unit (although we wish it were updated just a bit). View of the beach is ok. Sun hits the balcony in the later afternoon. We really enjoy this place and location. Be back soon.

We had a great time as usual. Most of the units are very nice. It is a little expensive, but worth it.
The gulf had some sea weed but cleaned itself after a few days. The sand is white and always cool, it is beautiful! -

Service was friendly. The home was very clean and had everything we could want. The washer and dryer were really convienant. The upper deck at sunset was wonderful! The only thing I would change at all about the facility is to consider adding a workout room. We will definately be back in the future! Loved it!

Unit 308 was comfortable and clean. Great location, shops and bakery across the street. The beach there is gorgeous- you have to get down to the beach by 10am to get beach chairs, the unit provided a few extra small ones. Only a 5 minute drive to the village.

Loved our vacation in Siesta Key. The House of the Sun is by far our favorite place to stay. Always clean, great location and friendly people.

This was the 3rd time that we have stayed at the House of Sun. We did the late check in, and for the first time, had a problem with the room. We went to the desk first thing in the morning, and the issue (that was not the fault of the House of Sun) was fixed promptly. We were very happy with the way they addressed and fixed the problem. We moved rooms, and actually like this one better and will be requesting to stay in this room again next year. We love that Captain Curt's is right accross the street for us to enjoy. The weather could have been better, but that is no ones fault. We love the House of Sun and would recommend anyone to stay there. It is very family friendly, but yet private at the same time. Thanks again to the staff for your help!

The appartment was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and working properly. Reception was helpfull and polite.
The beach is perfect and I will remeber it because I brought a sample with me so I can recreate the feeling.
