This was our 20th year at the hos and it was as it always is...comfortable, clean, convenient to everything,and relaxing! The weather was not as warm this year as usual, but that only meant that we had time to bike and hike more than other years. The arts & Crafts show on Main Street in Sarasota was lot of fun. We visited our favorite eateries: Burritos, Annie's Sandwiches, Turtles. The Oaks BBQ, and Skob in the village. The beach was as beautiful as ever! And we loved going up to the 5th floor deck at sunset with other guests, friends and "Bob, the Hornblower".

We've been coming to Siesta Key for years. Our family had a condo at another property on the beach mid-island. We loved the location and convenience of H.O.S. It's an easy walk to restaurants and stores compared to other places a mile up the road. Our unit was very well equipped, clean, and had a good view of the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is gorgeous, and there are lounge chairs for guests. Everyone is very friendly here. The pool and tennis court are kept up well. Siesta Village is another couple miles away. It's an easy bike ride and has more dining and nightlife options there. We were here for 4 days and never left the island.

I wasn't expecting to have the view I had. Everyone was very friendly and condo was very clean. Beach is beautiful and we had a great time.

Been coming here for over 10 plus yrs. With our family and Grandchildren. They feel like they are coming home. In fact our grandson Rob, 22, who had to go to college summerschool to complete his degree, came for 5 hrs on our last day, just to be here with his family, cousins, Aunt and Uncle Gram and Grandpa. (We rent 2 condos) What a compliment to you as well as us. So hopefully we will be back again next yr. to make more memories. Thankyou

House of the Sun was very comfortable, clean, well equipped with essentials in the kitchen and overall I was very satisfied. The only negative was the family on top of us were very noisy. We were in Rm 313 - 3rd floor. They would slam the patio doors so hard that stuff in our condo literally shook. Also they must have had kids who kept running back and forth in the living room and I assume their apart. wasn't carpeted. It was very noisy and distracting alot of the times. Was woken up several times because of this. Otherwise our stay was excellent and very nice. I loved the private beach and siesta key is a "paradise". You can't beat the white quartz beach - awesome!!

We could not fault the service we receive from the Management Team and cleaning services. Our apartment was very comfortable, with all mod cons with the exception of an electric kettle and egg cups!!
House of the Sun has a superb beach location and is also within walking distance to supermarket and other shops.
We love Siesta Key and chose House of the Sun many years ago as our perfect holiday accommodation. We particularly like the security,parking facilities, swimming pool and sun decks. It is difficult to say what we liked least as since we travel from the UK to be at House of the Sun, I think this says it all. We just love it.
