This freshly painted Gulf Side unit has new berber carpet throughout the common areas and bedrooms, white wicker furniture in both bedrooms with calming peaches and blues. When you need a break from the sun relax on the new leather livingroom furniture, and enjoy the new 42 inch, flat panel LCD TV and BluRay player. The new dinette can accommodate seating for four, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Both bedrooms feature flat panel LCD TV's and DVD player in the master, along with a King size bed in the master and two twins in the guest. Don't forget to enjoy the beautiful view of the turquoise water from your own private balcony!

We love going to House of the Sun but have asked for several years for the owners to update 401. This is our 4th or 5th time staying in 401. The kitchen needs some atttenion in that the front of the refrigerator is rusted or stained with something. It is lacking dishes to cook with and a variety of pots and pans. My kids are disappointed that an older TV remains in the unit especially when they go to friend's units in House of Sun and see flat screeens and working Dvd's of which we didn't have. New carpet was put in and that was very nice. For the amount of money this unit costs, it needs to be updated. The office staff is great and always good service from them!! We really appreciate them letting us use the beach on the day of check in if our room is not ready. We have driven 19 hrs straight and know they will let us lay on the beach and sleep until room is ready. If we didn't have this option we might have to find another condo.

We enjoy staying at the hos, but regret to say unit 401 is in bad need of updating. Actually over the past 17 years we have vacationed in Florida and very few times stayed elsewhere than the hos we find ourselves always coming back to you as we find as a rule the accomodations and hospitality have always been of great expectation. We will see you again next year, if the good lord is willing.

My family and I had the best time at House of the Sun. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. Everything we needed was in the condo. You couldn't ask for a better location and we loved the private beach! We enjoyed all of the amenities and we hope to come back year after year.

We love House of the Sun! We only wish the owners of our condo would update some of the amenities and fix some of the outlets/lightning in the bedrooms. I have asked this to be done in the past but its still not fixed. By update i mean to upgrade to flat screen Tv's and Dvr's that work. This year we had a problem with the TV working. Maintanence was very prompt about fixing it then it broke again and we didn't ask them to come back. Some of the other units are much nicer for close to the same price, but overall the grounds and service are spectular. Although we like the location of our unit, we would like to change for a nicer one with the above changes but it is hard to get one the week we go.
