This newly renovated Floridian condo boasts a Key West theme throughout. The kitchen, living room and both bathrooms are tiled while the 2 bedrooms are carpeted. The bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen have new cabinets with granite countertops. The living room has new furniture with a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. The unit will sleep 6 comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen size pull-out in the living room. Our entire extended family have been coming to House of the Sun for years. We love it here! The beach is by far one of the best in country! Great location as well - lots of places to eat and shop. We'll be back again next year.

The unit exceeded my expectations. I try to come back to Siesta Key every summer. I always stay at the House of the Sun. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. I won't stay anywhere else.

We've been coming to the "house " for about 15 years. Loved the upgrades in the unit we rented and throughout the complex. The beach as always was beyond compare and descripton. Anyone who drives to go to other beaches is crazy!

The condo was very comfortable-furnishings a little worn, but clean. Location is great-close to ocean, restaurants, and shopping. Check- in was quick and easy. Check out-dropping keys through the office door. The weather was beautiful-spent every day walking and laying on the beach. It would be nice to have beach chairs available to move closer to the water-even if they need to be rented.
