Description from the manager
This Gulf Side unit has been recently renovated with tile throughout the common areas and contemporary furnishings in grey's and blues. The kitchen has new granite countertops, TV's in the living room and master bedroom, and a VCR and DVD player in the living room. This unit offers a King and 2 Twin size beds, along with a sleeper sofa to accomodate 6. Although the view of the beach is slightly llimited you can still see the beach from your balcony.

The unit was clean and satisfactory. The view from unit to the gulf was minimal. A suggestion would be a new washer and dryer. Also , the master bed mattress should be replaced soon.The location and amenities are great. We have been coming to H.O.S. since 1986. Our favorite vacation spot.

The whole area was just beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our unit was very nice - the new beds do need soft padding on them because they were hard but a firm bed is much better than an old lumpy mattrest. We felt right at home from the very begining. The vacation would have been perfect if my cousin hadn't broken her finger. Watching the sunsets from the 5th floor deck was wonderful and I can't wait until we can return. A blowdryer in the room would have been a plus.

We have stayed in room 504 for (4) years and each year we complained that the beds are to hard. Also the sofa bed is a joke, the matress is just two inches of coil springs.
Other than the beds it is a great room. -

We had an amazing family vacation. The accommodations were great for my families needs with children. It was as nice as I remember traveling to visit with parents for my family vacations 15 years ago. I would return again in the future. Other members of my extended family stayed the week as well in other rentals on the property as well, which may a great convenience factor for us to stay close to one another. The only one challenge we faced at times was really in kitchen efficiencies. But nothing major. Just needing a better toaster or sealable storage containers for left overs. We would eat in most meals, and the few nights out for dinner. Great time all aaround

We really liked this unit, it was spotless, with plenty of towels and linens....the kitchen was well equipped and the unit was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Large balcony with outdoor furniture...two large flat screen TVs.....updated bathrooms and kitchen......very nice place.

My room was perfect. However, some of the rooms my extended family were staying in were completed outdated. Other than that, the property is SUPER. The roof level terrace is picture perfect for SUNSETS.....
