This is a no smoking newly decorated (2008) second floor Condo. The entire complex of Sunset Royale has been renovated at a cost of 3 million dollars. The Floridian Room and Bedroom have a perfect view of the Siesta Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We are only fifty steps from the white cool powdery sand that has been selected as the number one beach in the USA. The sunset from
