Enjoy a bright condo with a gulf view, directly across the street from beautiful Siesta Beach. (By the way, Siesta Beach has recently been rated the #1 beach in the United States!) Imagine visiting this world-class beach each day, never having to look for a parking space!

Our condo has been renovated with a new dinette set, new refrigerator, new sleep sofa and swivel recliner chair, new car...peting, new mattresses and linens, and a new LCD High Definition television (with DVD player). We have a screened lanai, which is a perfect place to enjoy your breakfast overlooking the gulf, or sip your favorite beverage while enjoying a sensational sunset. Enjoy all the comforts of home, just steps away from the beach, dining and entertainment!

Our fully-equipped kitchen includes the following:

· Refrigerator

· Stove

· Microwave

· Dishwasher

· Drip coffee maker

· Toaster

· Wide variety of kitchen utensils, silverware, flatware, etc.

· Garbage disposal

We keep a set of beach chairs and a beach umbrella on the lanai. Beach towels are available in the unit for your use. We have cable TV, and each bedroom has its own television.

The condo complex has a large heated pool (78 F), covered parking, shuffleboard, elevator and laundry facilities. The air-conditioned clubhouse has wireless internet access, a library, lounge area, pool table, table tennis and fitness room.

Charming Siesta Key Village is an easy walk from the condo. Here you can enjoy shopping, dining, movies, and nightly entertainment. Other nearby activities include tennis, golf, fishing, jet ski and boat rentals, diving, windsurfing, and parasailing.

You are also just minutes away from cosmopolitan downtown Sarasota, whose amenities include great shopping and restaurants, art galleries, nightly entertainment, live theater and an opera house. World-famous St. Armand’s Circle, the Ringling Museum of Art, Selby Botanical Gardens and Mote Marine Aquarium are all a short drive from the downtown area.

For the more adventurous traveler, we are just one hour from Tampa (Busch Gardens) and only two hours from Orlando (Disney World and other theme parks).

  We stayed at this condo Feb 2013 and had a wonderful time. This two bedroom 1 bath condo is just across the highway from the Siesta Key Beach. Within walking distance. We had everything we needed in this condo. Just like home. Everything you need is there. Pool is very nice. We checked in after hours but that was a breeze. Siesta Village was fun to explore. Many local resturants that were fun to dine at.
