Breathtaking! This is the best description of Siesta Key beach.
Seven miles long, Siesta Key is a barrier island joined to Sarasota
by two bridges.
Our 2 bedroom 2 bath (1575 sq. ft.) condominium is located just
across the street from world famous Crescent Beach. Crescent beach
is famous for its crescent shape and its "baby powder soft" sand.
The sand is 99% pure quartz and is cool to the touch even in the
hottest sun. Crescent Beach was rated "Best Sand Beach in America,"
2003, by the Travel Channel AND No.1 Beach in the USA 2011 By Dr. Beach.

Myself and my wife had a wonderful time at this beautiful penthouse condo.It is a very large and spacious two bedroom unit with all modern utilities . The highlight of our stay was each morning watching the sun rise. It was breathtaking.It is ideally situated with the beach a short walk across the street .There is a small shopping area nearby with good dining and bars facilities. Siesta Key Village is about 7 - 10 minutes away and one can avail of "Johnnies free beach rides" to get there. I found the owner very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely go back again later his year.

I just returned from staying in this penthouse condo and highly recommend it!. It is spacious, clean and has two large bedrooms, each with its own bath and a fully stocked kitchen. I loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the lanai watching the sun rise. My friend and I would watch what was going on at the boat rental place across the street and then after a few days we decided to rent a boat. The anchorage Condo complex, which is where the unit is located has its own private dock so when we needed to take a break we pulled the boat up and tied up. It was great! The beach is a short walk across the street (the unit has deeded access) and there is also a large swimming pool that you could do laps in. There are tennis courts which were being resurfaced when I was there (11/16-11/24/12). The owner was great to work with and I am hoping to go back and rent the unit again next year.

This is an excellent, immaculate condo, with a comfortable living room that sits between 2 good size bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. Great view of the ocean and bay from the balcony as well!!!
Aside from being across the street from the #1 sandy beach in the country, there is also a very large pool that we had to ourselves most of the time. It is a short walk to a grocery store, and other small shops. Across the street you can rent boats and jet skis. The owner is local, and was very helpful in answering questions and making recommendations for attractions, dinners and nightlife.
Top notch accommodations in an excellent location. If you are heading to Siesta Key, this is definitely the place to stay! -

We spent a wonderful one week vacation at this penthouse condo. It had everything we needed, it was clean, and had plenty of space for our family. The beds are extremely comfortable. It is also right across the street from Sarasota's beautiful beach and there is really great shopping and dining close by. The condo also has a large sized pool with plenty of lounging areas. We loved most that it was quiet,safe, and relaxing. We would have liked to have more silverware in the kitchen but other than that, it is well stocked. We would definitely go back!!

Our family enjoyed a stay-cation on Siesta key this year where check-in was quick and hassel free. Close to grocery stores, bait shop and walking distance to restaurants. The penthouse had great views of both bay and beach. Enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the balcony over coffee and a short walk for the sunsets at night. Clean and modern/updated furnishings. Kitchen was fully equipt and great for the nights we dined in. Pool was very large where the other guests had room for their own activities. Enjoyed the multiple tennis courts, sauna and workout room [never a wait]. Fishing off the seawall was great... a catch every time we went. Secure place for our bikes and enjoyed the morning rides down the beach into the village and returned on a bike path. Highly recommend...Great 2 weeks
