Very convenient, comfortable, tranquil Sarasota Vacation House. 5 minutes to Siesta Key.& Beaches. (2.8 miles to closest beach, Crescent Beach access, Siesta Public Beach about 4.5miles, Turtle Beach about 5miles). Features fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washer & dryer. Fireplace, tile floors throughout. Private, tropical setting, beautiful lake view, with lovely solar heated private pool & huge sun deck. Central heat & air conditioning. Approximately 1900 square feet under air. Sleeps 6 comfortably. (King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, and Twin Bedroom). Extra adults and children $45 each a week. Large recreation / entertainment room with slate pool table. Ceiling fans in all rooms, gas grill, 2 car garage. Free Wireless Internet.
The home also includes all the essentials, linens, dishes, etc.
Smoke Free Home.
Convenient to the world famous beautiful Siesta Key Beach with its white sand.
Nearest Freeway / Motorway: I.75 a 7 minute drive.
Kayakers, golfers, anglers, divers, business travelers, children all are welcome,
