This beach house exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do this house justice. Short walk to beach and village. House had pretty much everything we needed, including all the things we needed for children. It was nice to travel without all of the large kid items :) Clare (owner) is super sweet! Can't wait to go back!!! Also, beds were super comfortable (not the hard ones you get in hotels).

This lovely home met all my expectations and more ! Spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, very kid-friendly, nice open kitchen for convenient meal prep/two dining areas, easy walk to pristine beach, quiet neighborhood, pool and hot tub with plenty of outdoor seating. I especially liked the family-friendly, non-commercial 'feel' of the island. Excellent shopping and dining. Ask Clare about the incredible pizza parlor and the scrumptious sushi place ! You do want to vacation in Siesta Key and rent this house !

I've stayed at this beautiful house on Island Circle a few times already and love it every time I'm there with my family. It has a stocked kitchen, comfortable King size beds and a wonderful pool. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach which is 2 blocks away. My husband and two young children love it also. There is plenty to do and the beach is the best beach you'll ever find. Perfect for little ones! It's always clean and the owners are constantly updating it and doing new things to it on the outside and the inside. You will probably be more comfortable here than your own home! It's very easy to contact about a stay and they get back to you really quickly.

Love, love, love this property! This property has all the comforts of home and then some. I visited in the Spring of 2010. It is a great home for families, couples or for a girls retreat! Only one short block from the Siesta Key beach, you can easily walk there. Love the screened in porch, pool area. The house is immaculate, nicely decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood. I will certainly return!
