Unique downtown waterfront location with screened porch, shared outdoor patio and dock. Single kayak available for tenant use. Available by the week ($1400) from November through April; by the month ($1200-1300) from May through Sept.
Includes wireless internet, cable TV and all utilities. (Summer tenant pays own electric)

My family of 6 stayed at this lovely home for a week in February. It was spacious, comfy and very cozy . My 77 year old grandmother had no issues getting around as the amenities and 2 bedrooms are on the main floor. Sitting on the screened porch was great, loved looking at the garden and the banana tree was very interesting. Starbucks, Whole Foods, Publix, tons of restaurants and unique shopping was all within walking distance which was really convenient for us. The purpose of our trip was to fit in a lot of cycling and we didn't need to drive to access the cycling paths of Longboat Key from the house. Beaches and golf courses are very close as well. The homeowner was nothing short of amazing and she was so very accommodating to all our needs. We can't wait to head back down and enjoy this house again!
