Established, quiet neighborhood near Downtown Sarasota. Great food and shopping from downtown Main Street, St. Armands Circle, Southside Village, Southgate, to Venice and Tampa.
12 minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton Airport, New College, USF Campus.
Kayaking, Hiking, Fishing, Kiteboarding, Parasailing, Sailing and just relaxing in the sun are some of the many pastimes of the locals and visitors throughout the area. Oh, and the sunsets are gorgeous!
There is ample parking at the residence with a garage and circular driveway.

Fabulous home that was spacious, modern, and ultra clean. All amenities expected in a home were at our disposal. Owner/host was professional and went above and beyond to serve our needs. Location is roughly 10-15 minute drive to Siesta or Lido beach. We felt the real advantage (especially if you have children) was the walking trail that is a stone's toss away from the driveway as well as the large park / play area in the neighborhood. The children did not want to leave the Sarasota since the stay at this home was so comfortable. Only recommendation would be to supply a heater for the pool in the backyard. We will plan on staying here again if we return to Sarasota.
