I highly recommend a visit to Timberwoods, the villa is immaculate and very well equiped, a real 'home from home'.The swimming pool and tennis courts are maintained to a high standard. The location is excellent, a short walk to the shopping mall and 10 minute drive to Siesta Key beach which is simply stunning and worthy of being rated the number 1 beach in USa. I cannot speak highly enough of Timberwoods, and the friendly and efficient service Eddie & Wendy Carter provide. I have visited Sarasota 13 times, and cannot wait to return.

Our community is actually called Village Des Pins, but is approached by entering Timberwood Circle just off Beneva Road. -

We liked the property very much.It has a lived in feel which is so much better than somewhere that is so absolutely perfect that you can't relax properly.The location is perfect for a total chill out; the pool is warm, large and very clean and only 2 min walk away.The tennis courts are not in prime condition which again makes them so useable to very rusty players just wanting a knock about. Siesta Key Beach is 10 mins in car and (as voted the No 1 beach in Florida) is amazing Supermarkets, Cinema and shops are all very close. Thankfully, we didn't have any problems but the info available meant that it was obvious any problem would be sorted out quickly.The only negative was the woman ( she doesn't deserve the title lady ) who collected our $40 service fee in the clubhouse. She has nothing to do with the property and therefore inconsequential.

Sue was a great guest and left our home very clean!
We try to make it a real home from home where you dont have to stand on ceromony etc, but have great comforts and space.
The registration woman was not the usual one, as I am told, everybody is really friendly in our experience.
