85 Court Street is in the heart of the Eastside of Saratoga Springs residential section. It is an easy 3-4 block walk to the Historic Saratoga Race Track. It is also an easy walk to Congress Park and the shops and restaurants of Broadway. There is off street parking and a fenced yard for pets. The front porch, or "Saratoga Porch" is deep and roomy with wicker furniture. A great place to watch the world go by! Al fresco dining on the covered back deck, star gazing from the hot tub located on the deck, what more would you want?
