It is a new compound of exclusive villas along a breath taking coast with lush Mediterranean vegetation and the purest, crystal clear water and sandy coves facing the imposing rocky island of Tavolara.
Villa Lu Limpostu is a great property located in the marvelous promontory of Punt’ Aldia, at no more than 500 m. from a most enchanting white and finest sandy beach known as Lu Limpostu as well as a couple of minutes drive from a 9 Hole Golf Course and a Marina. The property sits in 6,250 sqm of private grounds and enjoys a wonderful se...a and mountains view. Its generous outdoor spaces with swimming pool, veranda and terraces are a true invitation to relax and enjoy leisurely summer times. The house is conceived with a modern design although not minimal, and while the furnishing retains the typical Mediterranean style it also includes original and refined objects of oriental art conveying a light ethnic allure.
Entering the villa through an electronic wooden gate, you get to the private car parking. An alley through the garden gives you access to the Villa that is composed of 3 separate units 2 of which dedicated only for the Master and the guests bedrooms. The main unit is reached through a flight of 12 steps down and it is composed of a large living area with flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, fireplace, sound system Pioneer as well as a dining area fully furnished with a table with 8 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with 5 stoves, 2 ovens, 2 fridges, freezer, toaster, ham slicer and dishwasher, a table with 5 seats. The kitchen has a backdoor entrance convenient for staff. The main unit has wooden parquet floor, white beamed ceiling and wooden paneled sliding windows opening onto the verandas and the beautiful garden. Its large, covered verandas are fully equipped for outdoor dining and for relaxation with comfortable rattan furniture and great view over the garden and the pool. Sun loungers and an old Balinese style daybed around the swimming pool complete the setting of the outdoor area of this property. The property is fully air-conditioned and provides SAT TV and Internet connection.
Villa Lu Limpostu has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are doubles and the remaining 2 are twins. All bedrooms are with en-suite shower bathroom with the exception of the master which has a bathtub and a separate shower. The bedrooms are located in 2 separate units thus providing its guests a good deal of independence and privacy.
The first unit is a two–storey block with 3 queen size and one twin bedrooms , 2 bedrooms are found on the ground floor and further 2 are on the first floor reachable through a flight of 16 steps. The second bedrooms unit is adjacent to the first one and reachable through a flight of 11 steps up, with a queen size double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the lower floor (18 steps down). A staff quarter with queen size double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom is located in an annex close to the kitchen.
The villa is ideally positioned to allow guests to explore this beautiful part of the coast, with a well-equipped, elegant and lively Marina in Puntaldia surrounded by shops, cafès and restaurants, at only 1 km away, a 9 hole golf course within a 5 minute drive and selection of several more spectacular sandy beaches a 10 minute drive away.
