Lovely appartment in medieval Sarlat. This bright spacious appartment is nestled among the rooftops of Sarlat. Featuring exposed oak beams and honey coloured stone walls, this self catering holiday home retains all it's character whilst providing you with all the modern comforts. Set in the very centre of the old town with it's winding cobbled streets and amazing architecture, this studio is ideal for exploring Sarlat and it's street caf es and gourmet restaurants with all their local specialities (foie gras, truffles,walnut gateaux etc) and of course the great local Bergerac and Bordeaux wines which are all right on your doorstep.

Interaction with guest

All guests will be met on arrival either by myself or my husband both of whom have a vast knowledge of the things to do & see in the area. After welcoming guests to our apartments, they will be shown how everything including the heating & satellite tv works. I will then go through all the things to do & see in the area ( this usually takes about an hour unless the guest has already visited the area). Whilst we do not live on site , we are always only a phone call away & can be at the property within 45 mins maximum but usually within 3 mins if there are any problems.

Response from the owner I am sorry to hear that this lady thought our apartment merited only an average and would be grateful for her suggestions as to how in her opinion,we could improve as all my other guests have been delighted with the location, cleanliness and comfort provided. I know that this lady's husband is very tall but I think we should be precise about the height of the beams. There is one beam which separates the living area and kitchen which is 1.77m but all the others (approx. 8) in the living/bedroom area are 1.92m+
