Casa la Busterna is the ideal farmhouse accommodation in Tuscany with 8 bedrooms. Dating back to 15th/16th century, it was restored in 2000. This accommodation is a very spacious and peaceful, an incomparable spot surrounded by golden wheat fields.
The Estate, dating from the XV-XVI centuries, was restored in 1998 and is situated on a park of over 800 hectares between the Monte Cetone and Val D'Orcia National Park. At the center of the Estate is a thousand year-old Abbey. Surrounded by green hills, cultivated fields,... trees and a small lake, it is possible to discover the various characteristics of the Estate.

Independent house 15th/16th century, restored in 2000.
A large and peaceful farmhouse, an incomparable spot surrounded by golden wheat fields. From la Busterna, one can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
The stone facade, and huge ancient oak trees enrich the spacious garden enjoyable from the patio.
The swimming pool is located in a wonderful panoramic site as well. Thanks to particularly colourful interiors, the ambience is cosy and bright; the contemporary design pieces are in evidence among the original elements of the house.
The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance with living-room and a superb dining-room with direct access to the garden. It also consists of a sitting/television room with large fireplace, a kitchen connected to the dining-room, a large double bedroom (with sofa bed) with en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden. There is also a gorgeous bedroom with twin beds in the open loft, a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom with shower on the lower level. Another twin/double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden completes this floor.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, three twin/double bedrooms (two with direct access to the patio and garden), all with en suite bathrooms, two with shower and one with bath.
Our Personal Opinion:
This property is a perfect accomodation for large groups. It is also possible to rent 6 other big villas located in the same estate. The location, on the beautiful Val D'Orcia is perfect for visiting the towns of Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino as well as Florence, Siena, Rome, Umrbia.
The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
