Situated in the green hills of Le Marche, Le Perelle Agriturismo is the result of the fantastic restructuring of an old rural building.
Ten Km. from Umbria, the villa is immersed in nature and from the garden you can admire Monte Cucco's Regional Park.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday or a naturalistic one, it also gives you the opportunity to visit beautiful places in a few minutes.
Its attractions are enhanced with a swimming pool in a beautiful garden, a fitness area with Jacuzzi, chromatic shower and sauna, and a fitness area, with a multifunctional Technogym Unica.
Innovative design solutions (passive house) are able to maintain the building in terms of environmental comfort, with climate control both during the summer and winter. The house is made warm and comfortable even with natural light and the choices of furniture. The hospitality, availability and home care in every detail are the main objectives of owners. The ground floor overlooking the swimming pool and is characterized by large windows that provide natural light. Here are the living room and fully equipped kitchen, 2 apartments with LCD TV, all with separate entrance, 2 bathrooms. GRAPE HARVEST
From the vine to the bottle. During specific periods of the year, guests can take advantage of one of the most precious events of Italian Agriculture. Watch the farmers collect the grapes from the vines and take it through the process until the eventual distillation of the wine, where you can sample a home made and natural glass of wine.

CHEF SCHOOL IN YOUR "OWN" VILLA- ca. 4 hours
The chef school takes place in your holiday home, where you will be taught a whole Italian menu consisting of antipasti, starters, main course and dessert. You will end the night by tasting your dinner in your own surroundings. The price is dependant on the menu you chose. Order at Local Living and we will sort the practicalities with the chef. All we need to know is amount of people, budget and time. Try it – and have an experience that reaches into your home kitchen.
SOME ITINERARIES:
Frasassi caves and its Regional Park are reachable by car in 10 min.
Fabriano (the legendary city of paper) is 15 Km from Le Perelle.
Other marvellous cities, like Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Urbino and Loreto, and Adriatic sea are reachable by car in less than 1 hour.
All around your Villa there are hills and mountains, where you can practice all sports in harmony with nature: hiking, trekking, walking horse, mountain biking and also more particulars ports like hang gliding, paragliding, climbing (in Monte Cucco and in Frasassi Regional Parks) or kayak.
You could have different itineraries with guides:
naturalistics (maps by Kompass - right GPS - for trekking, hiking, horse walking, mountain biking);
spirituals (Monasteries, Hermitages and Abbeys around 11-12th century);
historical-artistics (Art Galleries, museums, old roman cities, ......);
food and wine (organic pasta, Verdicchio, Rosso Conero, Rosso Piceno, Lacrima di Morro d'alba, ......).
Sassoferrrato, the nearest city, will be a discovery: a nice old town, nature, arts, cultural events and an important old Roman city are some of the ingredients of this place.
