Left on 09/13/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Our family was looking for something secluded away from the city and this was it. Having a forest behind the cottage led to many sightings of racoons,squirrels and rabbits, which the kids enjoyed so much. Concrete free, was exactly what we were looking for. Bon fires at night was beautiful.The convenience of having a lake just across the street was awesome. My son and I enjoyed many hours there swimming and capturing beautiful little frogs.The drive to Sauble was a reasonable one and the beach was spectacular to say the least.Every day the family set out to Sauble and explored the different entrances to the awesome lake. So relaxing! When in town, my daughter enjoyed some much needed shopping ,while hubby and son enjoyed the arcade.
Glad vacation place. Cottage was warm, quiet and welcoming.
